They were great in permitting process and initial construction. The only mistake they made was cutting final panel too large so that it did not fit in space next to large tree limb. Rather than notching the panel they took a chainsaw and cut enough of the bark off the tree to wedge the final panel in. As time went on the carport began to leak, they came out and re-caulked the seam between roof and wall of our home. After a year the roof began to leak again and it even involved a leak through an outside window into the house. This was in July 2017. We called several times and the owner, James O'Keefe came out to view job and agreed that panel should have been notched so it would not so closely abut tree. He also agreed to repair leaks. I asked him also to give me a quote to put gutter guard screens on my carport gutters. He responded with a bill for $900 to insert gutter guards, cut the notch in carport and repair leaks. I complained to their staff (Rachel and Lee) that I thought the leaks and cutting notch to panel should be warranty work and asked. I left messages for Jim O'Keefe to call me back several times and never got a response from him. I did have a conversation with Lee during the first week of October and he told me he would come back and cut some more out of the tree trunk and caulk the carport. He then told me that caulking was an insufficient fix and that all jobs done since my installation involved the use of flashing embedded in wall of home. He basically told me that the solution he proposed (caulking) wouldn't work. He said he would give me a great deal on a permanent fix for my leaking problem. Because my tree is a 150 year old grandfather oak I don't believe further "notching" the tree is inappropriate and maybe illegal. I continue to call Mr. O'Keefe. I am now contemplating legal action. -Update- We had a leak issue, but TRI-COUNTY ALUMINUM made it right.

I am very dissatisfied. They came out four different times. The owner was really nice. They were supposed to come out one weekend. Two guys came out and tried to fix a leak. They said they had to go to the store to get a part. They never came back. I talked to the company as my roof was still leaking. It was a relative and nothing else happened. My roof is still leaking.
