Top Notch Cleaning of FL

They were pretty good. I remember that there were a couple of things that they did not do. The interaction was fine and everything was done remotely. I spoke with them on the phone and they seemed very nice, but I never saw them. The cleaning was ok but they did over look something. I do remember not being 100% satisfied.

Does not service my areas but went out of his way to get here so that my wife would be surprised with a clean house when she returned for her trip.

I really do not know because I cancelled the service when they added the last charge

I ordered the deal on Mar 20th and stated that I wanted service after April 4. They responded after 10 days to ask we when I wanted the service. I wrote back and said on the 9th or 10th and still have heard nothing. Must say I am very disappointed as every other purchase/referral from Angie's List has been exceptional.

I didn't know that there would be an additional charge of $15 until after I purchased the deal. Cleaning was acceptable.

Considering the house was empty, a better job could have been performed. This was given as a gift so details are scarce.

The girl that was cleaning was really good. The owner is more interested in cleaning offices and condos, and cleaning homes has become less of a priority. She was scheduled to be here at 1:30pm and it's now 4:20pm and I haven't heard from them. I've called a few times but received no answer. Kelly is the young lady that I normally use and she is very good.

I was under the impression that they would send more than one person to clean my 2500 square-foot house, because that's what I requested, and they said they would. They only sent one, and they did a really disappointing job. She kind of did what she was asked to do, but she was there for 4 hours. It's hard to keep up a high quality of work with one person working that long. It's not entirely the cleaner's fault, and I still made it a point to tip her.

The gentleman became very rude and began calling me ignorant and telling me it was my fault and not his. I called Angie's List and was immediately given a refund.

They called me to say that I was out of their service area.

They did a good job at a reasonable price.

The bathrooms were satisfactorily; but as a whole, i Dont feel there was enough attention to the cleaning of my floors. I found myself cleaning alot of what was missed when they were gone. The ladies were kind and personable....however, perhaps if some report was developed the "express" cleaning could have progressed into a more positive experience. Over all, cleaning was ok for special ....but not at the regular price.

It was okay. They provided the service not too long after I purchased the big deal. I had to pay for supply or travel fee and I gave the lady who came out tip as well. That was from what she said that they do not really get paid that much because of the price being so low. But regardless of the job that they do, they get tips as well so I gave her a tip.

Setting up the service was easy, Corey got back to me the same day I inquired and he answered all my questions. I was scheduled to have two people in my home for 3 hours. I was please that they called the day before to confirm even though they asked to change the arrival time from 2pm to 11am, which I agreed to. At 11:35am no one had shown up or called. I called them and Corey told me that they were just at that time heading to my house. They hadn't forgotten, they just didn't call to let me know they were running late. I cancelled the service because they would have been nearly an hour late at this point. Corey didn't try to save the service, he just sounded disappointed, said okay and let me hang up. Here's the thing, they wouldn't have waited in my driveway for 40 minutes not knowing if I'd forgotten about them or was just around the corner because they have a whole schedule of other people's homes to visit each day. I too, have a schedule and had to move things around in my day to accommodate them coming at 11am instead of 2pm. Them being late makes me late for everything else in my day. I even made special arrangements to have my 3 loud and obnoxious dogs out of my house by 10:30am to allow them a pleasant and distraction-free work environment. I work in an industry where punctuality and even more so, customer service are of highest importance. I expected a phone call AT LEAST. The purpose of setting this up was to surprise my husband, who's been out of town for three weeks, with an extra sparkly home and my intention was to set up monthly recurring visits.

It was great. There was an additional cleaning cost. It was $15 for the cleaning supplies. They gave me a different time for the appointment and they ended up showing early. I would maybe use them in the future.

Manager accomodatwd me. Ladies were efficient, but did only a once over. Not a deep cleaning, but the price was cheap if your house is fairly clean to begin with.

They did a very very good job. I would recommend them. They are very easy to work with. The actual lady that showed up was very pleasant, very hardworking and did a good job. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Showed up late, then spent 3 of the 4 hours in master bathroom. Did not even empty the trash in any of the bathrooms she cleaned.. Cleaning was not that impressive. Rooms she cleaned did not smell or feel especially clean or bright.

Great, she comes every 5-6 days, is on time, works fast amd does a thorough job.

The person who came to clean was VERY nice. I have no complaints about her as a person. The problem that I have and the reason that I did not have a good experience is because after she left I saw everything that had not been cleaned. I paid extra to have the fridge cleaned as part of the my deal. The manager of this business should make their employees aware of what is included in each deal when they send them out to people's properties. She did not know that was included in what I had paid for, but I did mention it to her and she cleaned the glass shelves but not the compartments on the fridge door. Is that a fridge cleaning? I dont think so. She did a good job on the oven tho. Also when she came in I said that the focus areas were my floors and the bathrooms. She did a great job on 2 out of the 3 bathrooms, but did not touch the 3rd bathroom which was an issue for me since that is our main bathroom connected to our bedroom. I just spent an hour yesterday cleaning it when I realised that it had not been cleaned at all. Plus from the looks of it, my kitchen floor was not mopped and my wood flooring has streaks and a film on it like it is still dirty. I will have to clean that today. I don't believe she did any of this on purpose. I think she simply ran out of time, as she did work for the whole 4 hours. However, if I did not have a toddler on my hip all day, I could clean my whole house in 3 hours. I am not trying to be rude, I am just being honest. People do not hire a cleaning service so that they can then go and clean their house themselves the next day. I wish nothing but the best for the woman who came, she really was sweet, but I will not be hiring this company again to clean my home.

I purchased a Angie's list coupon for "4 Hours of Housecleaning PLUS Refrigerator and Oven Cleaning". I contacted Corey on phone and later via email to schedule a time in the same week. We were able to schedule mutually convenient time (they do provide services on weekends too which is super convenient). During the phone conversation, I found out that they charge an additional $15 if we want them to bring in the cleaning supplies. Since I was okay with providing the cleaning supplies, I did not have to pay this amount. Kelley arrived on time and did a flawless job. We were very impressed by her work ethic. Although the coupon said "4 Hours of Housecleaning PLUS Refrigerator and Oven Cleaning", she was only assigned a "4 Hours of Housecleaning" task. Nonetheless, when I showed her the coupon she did go ahead and finish cleaning the refrigerator and oven (inside, out and under). We were very happy with the service.

Provider was about 45 minutes late. Workers apologized for that, but still left at the time scheduled which meant I lost about 45 minutes of cleaning time. That was upsetting to me. The work they did was good, especially the kitchen. They rushed through the bathroom and it was a decent job, nothing spectacular.
