I was contacted by this company in pursuit of my grout stabilization business. I made an appointment wherein they came to our home. We very much liked the representatives Anthony and Connie DiBenedetto as people. They were personable, friendly and outgoing. While they answered our slew of arduous questions, at least as of when we made our decision on a company, we were not satisfied with their contract and a very small amount of information could have been taken as misleading. I can add that our constructive criticism was welcomed by them and they were completely non-defensive which was professional and refreshing given the times in which we live. We checked a few of their references and found each one to be satisfied with the stabilization work done by Thunder Bay Builders. Untimately, I chose another company that I felt better suited our individual needs.
