Maybe great on your lawn, but don't let them in your house. This was an excellent company 10+ years ago. Had trouble with two different employees, giving out their personal biz cards and one offering to buy items in the house. Because of their history, gave them the benefit of the doubt, called them out for small pile of sawdust looking CARPENTER ant pile in a window sill, was told it was dust. Called another company who immediately knew it was carpenter ants. The new company reasonably charged (takes a couple visits) Destructive little bugs, call another company.

I am a seasonal resident. Prior to my departure Suncoast arrived to do a treatment and I pointed out to the tech that the lawn was full of yellow nutsedge and various other weeds. I was told that he would take care of it. I recently arrived for an off-season visit and found the lawn still full of weeds and the nutsedge had infiltrated all of my beds, I told them that their weed control treatments were ineffectual. And I felt my security had been compromised because the weeds made it look like no one was in residence.

We asked for their services and explained that we have to get rid of weeds,as we want to reseed, not re-sod grass. But provider did not care to listen, pushed to re-sod with his referral. Very unprofessional! Totally disappointed in this company.

They are extremely knowledgeable and don't upsell you to unnecessary services and products. Quite professional.

Suncoast continues to do great work on our lawn. It was a mess when we moved in three years ago and now it looks great. We have done some carpet grass pulling ourselves but once we get it out, the maintenance from Suncoast keeps it from coming back. We have recommended Suncoast to three of our neighbors.

Have had service from this company for about 15 years. When I retired I discontinued the service thinking I could save some money by doing it myself. Within a year my yard was a mess and I was spending quite a bit on products and obviously was not getting it right. Hired them back. Haven't had any problems since.

We just signed a contract for a third year for the same price as the first and second year. Our lawn was full of weeds and carpet grass when we bought the house two years ago and between Suncoast and us following their recommendations, it's looking pretty good now. We like the fact that the same person comes every time and has gotten to know us and the problems we have with our lawn. They come periodically but will also come out extra if we have any issues. Nick, who does our yard, is great. He is very knowledgable, friendly and has a positive attitude.

They were very good, showed up on time and everything went well.

I thought they were very good and great to work with.

He is excellent. We've had them for many years and they do a fine job. Whenever my husband notices some new weed or some issue with the yard, he calls and they get back to us immediately. The price depends on what they are doing.
