This was Part 1 of 2 needed jobs, with Part 2 to be set up soon. Given short notice the technician arrived in the same day I called. The issue - a circuit breaker continuously tripping and stopping our internet reception. Said service technician evaluated the problem, which turned out to have a very complex cause, and resolved it after very exhaustively checking down all possible contributors to the tripping breaker. From the fuse breaker itself to the fuse panel to checking out electrical circuits from various parts of our house. The culprit - a line in one of our ceiling smoke detectors! Strange indeed! But, the technician fixed the problem, checked out the rest of our system, cleaned up, and in addition put in a new ceiling light bulb in our garage to replace the one that had burned out. Excellent service from a very polite and very knowledgeable technician at a very fair price. All aces. It’s this type of service that makes us customers very dedicated customers who take the time to write up recommendations for such quality providers.
