Went very smoothly from start to finish. They were courteous, and neat. Perfect job from start to finish. The tech who did the installation had to go into the attic many times to the rear of the house to install the additional return and did not damage anything. The system worked at start up and did not have to return to fix anything. Been running perfectly for a year. The new system appears to be saving us $50-$60 a month in the summer.

They did a really good job.Removed the old system and installed the new units in one day, I found that the two men who did the job were helpful and courteous and worked with serious attention to detail. I am familiar with ac and refrigeration and know quality work when I see it.

They were very good. They were prompt. They did the work and cleaned up afterwards. They tested everything and checked back in a couple of days to make sure we were happy. I was very pleased with everything. I would give them an A across the board.

Got 7 quotes. Senica's York system was the best combination of price and features. Media filter and UV were included in the York package price, but were extras in other quotes received. Warranty of 12 years on parts and labor and lifetime on the compressor was matched by only one other vendor. (with a Maytag system) System was delivered within 3 days. . Salesman was the most professional of those quoting, with one of only two quotes printed out on a laptop and printer at my kitchen table, He was the only sales person to go up into the attic to check out our duct system. Senica was the only company to send a follow up letter. Installers were knowledgeable, neat, pleasant and hard working. Systen stopped running during the first week. Senica had a tech on the spot within one hour and corrected the problem, which had to do with excessive refrigerant charge from the factory. Problem corrected within one hour. So far, so good.

The representative was clear, polite and nice as could be. He wasn't pushy at all and we are extremely happy with the unit. They were very efficient - they did the installation when they said they would do it.

We needed a new furnace and AC installed. Greg came out and wrote up an estimate listing 3 differerent units. After we made our selection, the workmen came out the very next day. The job was finished as promised and on budget. I would recommend Senica to anyone in the area. The office staff even helped with the finial county inspection, since we had to be out of town at the end of the week.

We began by getting two estimates. After reviewing the estimates we decided to go with SENECA and the Carrier systems. Greg, the man who did the estimate, was very knowledgeable about Carrier and was helpful to us explaining how the system worked. The technicans, Al and Dave were fantastic. Al did most of the work by himself, to include getting the air handlers upstairs through very narrow work spaces. After removing the old air handlers, they patched the holes, cleaned up all of the work spaces and replaced the shelving back in the closet. They were extremely professional, and Greg followed up with us each day. I would use them again and again, with the request Al Akerman do the job!

They said that we had to decide on a new air conditioner or get a new part. They were thorough and new what they needed to do. Very nice as well.

They were comfortable to deal with, and they even liked my Westie and little Schaunzer puppy. All I can say now is, excellent job and great people.

BEFORE WORK DONE, A VISIT WAS MADE TO OUR HOME EXPLAINING ALL ASPECTS OF JOB. MEN SHOWED UP ON TIME. PASSED INSPECTION FROM COUNTY.
