Description of Work: Installed new air conditioning system, all except the duct work and air supply and returns already in place. We have an extremely difficult crawl space where our air handler is located in our "attic" - (literally a crawl space). The installers of the previous system (9 -10 yrs old) made a terrible mess, installed the handler backwards, making it very unaccesible to service, etc. Every serviceman who has ever had to go up there has stated that it's the worst mess they've ever seen. Seneca arrived at the time they stated and the installers Ralph and Eric spent the entire day is our blazing hot "attic", dismantling the old, then installing the new system. Ralph repaired all the duct work as well as all the clean up of the old mess. They put the new system in where it is more easily accessible, explained the new thermostat and took all the old stuff away. The is a 4 Ton Carrier with heat pump. Would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: My 26 yr old AC Unit decided to retire on 6/13/2013. I had several AC Companies provide us estimates the same day our AC Quit. After providing the estimates and reading about Seneca on Angie's List we decided to have Seneca replace both the outside and inside units. Seneca came out the next morning (6/14) @ 8am as promised. The two technicians Seneca sent were very, very polite and worked as a team. They were professional acting and knew exactly what they were doing. We didn't realize that as AC Techs you needed to know plumbing and electrical entirely. We can't say enough about Seneca other than there an excellent company.

Description of Work: I received estimates from 2 companies for a new AC. I selected Senica for several reasons. They arrived on time for the estimate, explained in detail what the estimate included, and the consultant answered my many questions patiently and clearly. Compared to the other company, the warranty was better and the total estimate was several hundred dollars less. Additionally, I researched companies on Angie's list where there are several AC companies with great reviews including Senica. On the day of installation, they arrived on time, worked continuously until the job was complete, were friendly, courteous and professional, and cleaned up everything before leaving. I also received a follow-up call a couple of days later to ensure that everything was working well.
