+ -1 moreThis was the second time we have used Reliable Construction. The water heater in our house was at least twenty years old and was leaking pretty bad. Called Reliable on Wednesday for an estimate which was about 400 dollars cheaper than another estimate we were given previously. Richard came, same guy from before, and did an excellent job. Was friendly and efficient, as before. Totally happy with the job and the provider.

+ -1 moreRichard got there and went straight to work. The pipe under the sink was an easy fix. The water line to the washer required a hole to be cut in the wall to get to it, but the hole was as minimal as he could make it and he repaired it afterward. The water pressure to the sink repair might have needed a whole new sink but he was able to get me fixed and running better than it was before.

+ -1 moreDan showed up went right to work clearing lines, checking lift station. Very thorough trying to find solution to this ongoing problem in a new house . Finally arrived at bad vent .. Now why didnt the other plumbers find this ? I will stick with Reliable for any other plumbing needs .I am VERY,VERY HAPPY !!!

+ -1 moreMike showed up at the time he said he would and went right to work. As questions arised while he was working, he took the time to explain to my satisfaction. I watched him install the sink in the garage and again he answered any questions that came up and explained to me what he was doing. Mike was vey professional and courteous, after he installed the sink he cleaned up the area. The whole experience with him was as watching a true professional master craftsman performing his trade. He was on time and estimate. Advised Mike he would always be my first call for all my plumbing needs

Description of Work: My mom had a plumbing issue and called these people on 8/27/12 after I researched for a plumber for her on Angie's List and gave her their number. They did not answer the phone and it went to voicemail. To date, 9/6/12 they have not returned a the call. Doesn't sound too RELIABLE to me.

Description of Work: I had a hairline crack in a pvc pipe on the side of my house. I called on a Friday afternoon about an hour before they were to close there wasn't an answer or voice mail so I tried again still no answer. They called me back about a minute or two after my second call. I explained where the leak was and told him it could wait until Monday as it wasn't gushing out so no emergency. Mike told me he would be there between 10 & 12 on Monday. I asked him what price I was looking at and he told me the hourly rate they charged and it would cost me less than $100. I said fine see you Monday. About 11:55 I got a call from the plumber and he said he was running behind schedule and would be by at about 1:00. He did not make it to my house until 3:00 I was not bothered because by the sound of his voice on the phone I could tell his day was a bit hectic. In any case he got right to work and was done in no time. He was very nice and answered all my questions. I plan to call them again once my kitchen is done.

+ -1 moreVery Well. I called on a Saturday. Tthe company responded sames day via phone and we set up an appointment for Monday. The men arrived a half hour early on Monday morning. They diagnosed they problem quickly and made the repair. I am having no further problems with the toilet. The men were polite and professional. I will call them again for any future problems.
Description of Work: Leak in toilet. The gasket on tank was replaced. The flapper and chain were replaced.

+ -1 moreWe called first thing in the morning and were given an appointment time between 9am -11 am. Greg called at 11 and said he was on his way. He got here a few minutes later and knew right a way what was wrong with the toilet. He replaced the fluid master line. Before he left we asked him to take a look at the handles on the slop sink which leaked from time to time. He was able to reset the handles and correct the problem. All in all he was here about 40 minutes.
Description of Work: The toilet for the master bedroom was leaking.

Supplied new, top-of-line garbage disposer. Took old unit with him. After job cleanup was not up to standard. Won't hesitate to use this company again. Got good price for job (compared to similar plumbing experience several years back).
Description of Work: Replaced garbage disposer, re-caulked kitchen sink, rerouted plumbing under kitchen sink to give more storage space, re-caulked tub/shower enclosure, removed squeak from faucet, cleaned-out nearly clogged drain line, improved hot-water flow to washing machine.

Description of Work: Jim arrived on time and fixed the leak underneath a toilet. He had to remove the old grouting that was used when the toilet was installed and replaced the wax ring.

+ -1 moreWe called on Monday. They came on Tuesday, put in the new water heater. Came back on Wednesday to help us with an additional problem which they had not caused.
Description of Work: Put in a new water heater to replace our old one. They set up the new one and took away our old one. When we had a problem (not related to their work) they helped us find a solution and how to fix it ourselves. They were on time and did the work promptly. Everyone was very helpful.
