Description of Work: Wayne was very knowledgeable and fixed a water leak that tied into my AC system. I had no idea the water leak was part of an AC efficiency system that tied into my water heater. Good to know info.

Description of Work: I had my old 16 year compressor and handler replaced. I got 3 bids and Quality Air Comfort when comparing apples to apples was any where from $500 to $1300 cheaper and they offered more than anyone else. They were right on time with every appointment and completed the work in 5 hours. Everything was done to my specifications. Highly knowledgeable and professional. I have found my AC man for life. | HIGHLY RECOMMEND

+ -1 moreWayne was a NO SHOW for the appt! When I called him. HE SAID HE FORGOT! He did apologize and gave an excuse, but as far as I'm concerned this reflects how I would be treated if I got service from him. Very disappointing.
Description of Work: Called for an estimate on a new a/c system 4 ton. Would not provide a ballpark over the phone even though I had several other estimates already. Wanted to estimate in person. Arranged a meeting for the next day. Wayne said he was very busy so could I make it earlly as possible. I suggested 830am he pushed it back to 8 am. We agreed.

+ -1 moreIt was a great experience! He was very professional and experienced in his work. Our a/c is 22 years old and he said he would keep it running as long as possible so i really admired him for not being pushy at all about a new a/c. But when the time comes I will for sure use his company because of his promptness, knowledge, experience,and honesty.
Description of Work: Lane came out for a spring special to service our a/c. He did all the things like check line and freeon and cleaned out the condenser coils and put a tablet in the system to clean any gunk build up that occurs in this florida heat. Our A/C was leaking before from the air handler so it cured the problem. Then low and behold i started a low drip again on wednesday and he came right out immediately and what ever he did finally cured the problem and has been great ever since.
