ProLine Tile Distributors

We were sent to Pro Line by our pool contractor to pick out tile. The Customer Service at this place is TERRIBLE. The man that owns this place was RUDE! He said our contractor only used cheap tiles and for us not to look at anything else. I told him we could pick out anything....we were paying for it. When it came to cap tiles - everything we pointed to was out of stock and he told us to stop picking out of stock items....how were we supposed to know what was out of stock - and why did he keep them on display? If it weren't for the woman working there we would have stormed out - even she got frustrated with the man and the fact that the display contained out of stock items. She even asked him why he did not remove them or throw them away. We were very disappointed with this company - we did not place an order. I would NOT recommend them at all and told the pool contractor about our encounter. He was not surprised. I asked him why they used them. He said they had for years, but lately he had had complaints about the owner. We went to SCP in Brooksville to place our order and they were beyond nice! DO NOT USE PRO LINE!

The Tile contractor ended up doing a very unprofessional job. The owner of Pro Line came to look at the work and agreed that it was unprofessional. I went to court to be compensated for cost to hire a new contractor to fix the work and Pro Line testified as a witness for the bad contractor stating now, that it wasn't that bad. Its seems to be a Good Ol Boy business, where he will stand by his long time friends instead of doing what is right in the business sense.

ProLine Tile only sells tile, carpet, laminate, and stone flooring. I think they sell tile for the use of pools and walls, but you should contact them first to double-check that. We went to ProLine after a couple of sour experiences with a few tile shops in the Spring Hill area. They did not try to over-sell their product and recommended several tile installers for me to contact regarding the installation end of things. After choosing and purchasing the product, they held the tile in their warehouse until I was ready for it to be delivered. For a small fee, they delivered 1700 square feet of porcelain tile flooring to the property. Over all, I found them to be friendly, professional, and highly knowlegable about their products. I picked a tile that they were running a special on to keep my costs down. Therefore, it should be said that a lot of the tile here is a bit pricy and not what you would find at a discount retailer. However, I did find their prices, service, and quality to far exceed the local big-box stores.
