Paver Patterns came out the first day and excavated the areas where the paver bricks were to be installed. I discussed my concerns and was happy with the plans to go forward. Jefferson was very helpful in explaining any details I had concerns about and assured me that everything would look great.. Jefferson's crew of installers were very much professional with their work. in just 1 and 1/2 day they had finnished the project. They did an excellect job of laying and cutting of the pavers, I was very happy with the outcome and would very much recommend Paver Patterns.

Jeff did a wonderful job. When it was finished it was way beyond our expectations and we thank him so much!

I hired Paver Patterns to install a drain to remove water from my 17 yr old uneven paver walk. They did not place the drain at the lowest place where the water was collecting, so I still have a large puddle following rain or lawn watering. He says it was as low as he could go, and I understand he cannot make water run uphill, but with a bit more effort in moving some bricks around, he could have achieved a much better result. Jeff would not even come back to look at how he might improve the job, simply sending emails suggesting I had agreed to everything and should install a new walk. If Jeff considers this work *good enough*, his business will suffer! Very disappointing. William L. Trinity, FL

These guys are excellent! Their prices are competitive, they work quickly and are very nice to work with.

When you do a job, you keep in touch with your customer and when the work is done you should call the consumer to see if they are happy with the work. They are not getting back to me about a sidewalk they cracked. I am in a gated community so i will get fined for a cracked sidewalk, if someone falls because of it I can get sued.
