She is very detailed and attentive to the small things that you want in a home and goes out of her way to find exactly what you are looking for in the area that you want to live in. Ruth has a very fun personality that makes you think that you have known her for a long time and makes house hunting an exciting adventure. She makes a point of scheduling enough houses to visit without being overwhelming and is organized to prevent too much driving between houses. She gives you all the information you need and takes the time to answer all your questions with correct and updated information. Ruth makes a stressful situation like moving from out of state so reassuring and enjoyable. She is absolutely one of the best realtors and women in this field. We were shown an empty beautiful property and my grandson was along. He is 4 so a bit loud. Ruthie thought it would be appropriate for her to sush my grandson. The house we were viewing was EMPTY. I don’t think I have ever in my entire life met a more unprofessional person. I would never recommend her or this company for anything.

Palmwood was prompt in returning my phone calls and supplying me the information I needed for renting out my seasonal home in Fla. Palmwood referred me to Mr. Ralph Paulson, for property management. He was prompt with making an appointment and was even early for the arrival time. Mr. Paulson was through with his inspection of the property and took the time to sit down and explain his services as well as what is happening in the local market. Mr. Paulson explained how we could make the most of our home for a seasonal rental and the best way to approach it. They are competent, honest and they are efficient. They are head and shoulders above other companies. Their prices are very good. When I have problems on a property, they take care of all the contractors, they just make everything happen. They fix it, they do it right, they use the right people, it's all good.
