I called twice, the lady who answered the phone said the installer/estimator will call me back to set up a time to meet for the estimate. I called last week, no return call and called this current week, no return call again. I went on the website for them, it said they were open until 1 today so I called at 12:30 and 12:50, no answer again. I was referred to them from Famous Tate and one of the contractors that is working on my home. I will use another company that will respond back to me

The two installers, Jon & Niko - were on time every day (5) worked hard & did a great job - move things for us - made sure we were comfortable when they left for the day - bed set up and TV viewable - did little extras for us.

after a couple months the job was adequate.

a nightmare. a month to get it done. (due to weekend service only. which the owner agreed to). 2 different crews. 1st crew messed it up. 2nd crew did enough to make it look halfway decent.

My husband and I met with Jason on Friday, July 8, 2016 and the owner of Nature Coast Flooring & Cabinets to quote us for full kitchen remodel at our home.Jason told me that to move forward we would need to get in touch with a contractor to help with the remodeling, which was fine with us. Jason told me that he has a contractor that his company uses, and he would call the contractor on the following Monday to schedule a day when we could all meet again. I told Jason that my husband had 2 vacation days off from work the following week on (July 14-15) Thursday & Friday, so that would be fine. He said he would contact me early in the week to let me know what day and time we could meet with the contractor and with Nature Coast Flooring again. However, Jason never called me like promised. It's 9 days later and I still have NOT HEARD FROM THIS COMPANY. It doesn't bother me that maybe they were too busy to get the contractor out to see me, but how much time does it take to pick up the phone and call the customer who is planning on spending THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS with your company!!! How can I trust a company like this to gut and completely remodel the kitchen if I can't trust them to make a phone call? Obviously, customer service is UNIMPORTANT TO THEM! OR MAYBE BUSINESS IS SO GOOD THAT THEY DON'T NEED MY BUSINESS!I will use my home equity line with a company that cares about our business and will keep their word.

this was 3 years ago but they came when they said they would and did a great job and cleaned up after themselves Yes I would recommend them and use them again if the needed more carpeting

They are very friendly fast response company. Installer did a great job. I will definitely use them again.

He does a very good job. He is also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him.

They did a fabulous job. They have to tear up the old flooring and them made sure the floor was all level and stuff and their guys did it for two days. They did a fabulous job on it. The people that work in the company, they are like very honest and said, "If you got any problems, just give us a call and we'll take care of it. You're not going to have any problems with our guys. These guys are very professional," and they were. They knew exactly what they were doing from the time they all walk into the place, these people were very helpful, very informative, went out their way to show me any kind and type of flooring and all the way to the installation. It was very good.
