+ 0 moreIt took several calls over days to finally get him to show up. He did very sloppy work, and created expensive messes. He hard sold me on an annual policy. He showed no empathy or consideration for me or my property. All of the prices were over priced. It took weeks and many calls to many plumbers. They would not respond, or show up.
Description of Work: Replaced bath fixtures in two bathrooms. Installed reverse osmosis system in kitchen sink cabinets. Fixed kitchen sink plumbing issues.

+ 0 moreRoger and his assistant were pretty much on time. Both were very polite & professional under any aspect. They explained the work involved in great detail, gave firm pricing up-front and got to work right away. It took them about an hour and 15 minutes to get the job done. Roger showed me the inside of the sewage pipes by sending a camera through the pipes. It has been quite educating. I would not hesitate to call them again.
Description of Work: Toilet would not drain, Roger unplugged the sewage line underneath the house with a cable rooter.
