The computer is .. an Assus that cost me $ 1,100. . It did malfunction again. Same problem : the charger. I decided to send it to Assus. and they were able to replace the parts not workingand gt; they replaced the camera and put a new charger for 250.00. I should have sent them the computer in the first place since it was uder warranty in 10/29/2013 but I did not want to lose my data . I was working on very important stuff. Would I recommend this company? No.. Not at all. He is a nice guy. Knows a bit about computers and he has a good market here in spring hill a lot of senior citizens that are not very knowledgeable about computers. I am retired and it upsets me to think that i was charge over 200.00 dollors and yet my problem was not resolved. Yes. I am very unhappy with his work. He has a lot of work and he took very long to repair. I have two computers so it was not a problem but he said he was on holiday several days so it took him weeks!!

dropped off computer at shop and described the problem. Was able to pick up the fixed computer within a week.

Jeff did get my laptop to work again but it took reformatting and reloading to the point of when the computer was purchased. Additionally I had to pay $65.00 for a set of recovery disks from LENOVO ( This was not his fault but he did expedite acquiring them from the company in California) This of course meant I had to reload all the programs I use back on it. He did provide me with a and quot;short cutand quot; recovery disk at no extra charge. The bench time cost $99.00 + tax which was O.K. as he had to run quite a few tests to discover exactly what the problem was. It turned out that the format for my drive had been changed by presumably some kind of virus. What exactly we'll never know. Even though it took longer than I expected he did stick with it a found the solution to the problem.
