+ -1 moreThe guy’s name is Joe Mann and he does lawns. They charge me $120 a month for doing both the houses. During the winter when they hardly need to cut, they come in and they trim the hedges and stuff like that without me asking. The price was $65 a month but when I gave them to do the second house, they lowered it to $120 for doing both the houses. They also cleaned up. I will use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Manns Lawn Svc for my lawn and yard work. I last used their services today. They come weekly and they do my house, and they also do a rental place that I have.
