Nathan was awesome! He was on time and got everything done in a short amount of time. He took away the old vanity. It looks great. I would hire them again for any of my plumbing needs. .

Guys were punctual and professional. They also gave a quick overview of the faucets functions. Great job!

Lowes contracted them out to me. The appointment was set up for 3p-5p and i told the lady at the office that i would not get home till 3:30p and she said that was good. I recieved a cal around 2:15p saying he is ready early, which was good, but no one is home till 3:30p. There was another lady that called me from their office and kept telling me there was no way that someone set this appointment up that they wouldnt do that. She calls me a liar and really gets rude with me and tells me that they are not going to service me and that lowes will have to get another installer. Extremely unproffessional and i will never recommend them to anyone. Now i have to wait at least another week before getting service. Very dissapointed.

They did a good job for us. They continue to do many jobs for us.

The man that came out to do the work took about three hours, he was prompt. He cleaned up after himself, and he had to do a little extra work.

The owner wouldn't even talk to me or return my calls. The front office manager said she had covered the situation with him (after I called repeatedly) and that the best she could do was give me his email address. I sent an email but still did not receive a response even though I was clear I was willing to pay to get this resolved. I finally had to hire a different plumber who indicated that he had to make several changes to get the work to meet code. I would definitely not recommend a company that won't even make themselves available to talk about work they've been paid to do previously.

Bought two toilets through Lowes Home Improvement Store and Major Plumbing is one of their contract installers. I brought the items home. Lowes Called the next morning advising me that the Plumbing service would contact me within 48 hrs. After three days I called Lowes and advised them I had not heard from Major plumbing. I contacted Lowes for the next three days. I don't know if they got a response or not from Major plumbing. On the seventh day I called Lowes and advised them to cancel the installation and refund my credit card. That evening I finally got a call from Major Plumbing. I told them the installation was cancelled and I had obtained a local plumber that was coming the next day. Lowes was very apologetic. The local plumber was on the BBB website as well as Angie's list but was more expensive but I felt confident with their work. I don't know why Major plumbing did not respond in a timely matter.

When they came out here they said they only install a water heater that is the same size as the one they were replacing. This one was bigger so we said if you can't install it,take it back to Lowes and we will find a plumber that can. He said oh no he could do it, so he goes ahead and installs it and we end up with two leaks. The inspector comes out to inspect it and says it's wrong and will have to be fixed. We called Major and they said it's not our fault, we will come back out but we are going to charge you $100. So they came back out and charged us $100 to fix their mistake and now we have 3 leaks. They refuse to make it right, saying they are not liable. So we refuse to use them again. I have already sent notice to Lowes that we won't buy anything from them again that has to be installed because the plumbers won't honor their work. Major Plumbing pulled the pipes away from the wall. There is a deep crease in the copper pipe and we are going to have to replace some of the copper.
