I feel that, even if she didn't want my business or couldn't get to me right away she should have called me back. This is very unprofessional.

+ -1 moreLisa did an excellent job. We bought a house out of foreclosure and it was filthy; so dirty I wouldn't even put anything away in the closets and cabinets until they were cleaned. Lisa showed up on the agreed date at the agreed time and worked non-stop throughout the day. Her assistant came halfway through the day and they both worked until after 6:00 pm, approximately 14-15 man hours. Their work was excellent, they proved to be very competent, and diligent. They were very friendly, but wasted no time. I would hire them again, and/or refer them to friends without hesitation.
Description of Work: Major, deep-clean of 2,400+ SF house to include standard housekeeping services, plus all windows and sliding doors (in & out), ceramic tile grout on floors and bath walls, wire shelves in all closets (wire racks caked with filth), interior and exterior of all kitchen and bathroom cabinets, all light fixtures, and all baseboards, etc.

Description of Work: As our bi-monthly cleaning service, she does a complete house cleaning. This includes as follows, bath rooms top to bottom. When we first moved to Florida, we rented a house and the showers were horrible. This is when I decided I needed a good cleaning service. and, she came highly recommended through word of mouth. So I gave her a call, that was three years ago. Ok back to the dirty bathroom, well after Lisa was finished with the bathroom it was amazingly clean. I knew right then and there that if she could bring shine back to that bathroom I knew she was a keeper. She also vacuum's, Which she is very fussy about, and it shows. The kitchen is another specialty of hers she wipes all counter tops, cabinets and cupboards, all appliances small and large. She sweeps and mops all the floors, also she dusts all surfaces, nick knacks, ceiling fans. And before she finishes she'll always ask if there is something else we might need done. Lisa's cleaning service uses all natural products. We now a have a new home, and Lisa keeps it looking as clean as the day we moved in. It has been so nice to find the honesty,reputable, reliable services, like Lisa has given us for 3 wonderful years. There should be more like her. Happy Client 3 years and counting. Joanne Reimer

+ -1 moreI was looking to get my house cleaned once initially and on a regular basis if I was satisfied with the cleaning. Lisa showed up on time and completed everything that was quoted when she did an estimate (she didn't charge for that). She had all her own supplies, which was great that I didn't have to purchase anything! I have never used a service like this before and had heard some stories from neighbors, that scared me! Lisa was very professional and she was very cautious with my collectibles while dusting. I have a regular every 2 week cleaning scheduled with her and I am looking forward to having a clean home!
Description of Work: House cleaned, and very well! All rooms and everything I specified.
