Description of Work: Jose, has been to our home several times. He is very reasonable. He fixed a shower wall that was pulling away from the wall, re-grouted around where the shower wall meets the floor. The second time he replaced the wax ring around the commode in another bathroom. Jose, goes the extra mile and removes all debris.

Description of Work: Remove ceiling heat lamp, move this ceiling fixture outlet away from the wall to then convert and install new ceiling fan in it's place, patch and paint ceiling from relocation, replace wall switch with fan 3 speed switch, balance another ceiling fan, remove exterior door to fix a door that was very difficult to open or close, remove a cracked window glass and install new glass in existing frame.

Description of Work: I have lived in Spring Hill for 26 year and in all that time I have never rehired anyone due to poor quality work. This statement was true until last year when a friend recommended Jose. As a single, working mom to three boys there isn't much time to interview and hire people nevermind fix things myself. He has performed multiple jobs for me over the last year or so and all have been done to my high standards. I keep a list on my phone titled "Jose to do list". When it gets to 4-5 jobs I email it to Jose. He comes and does the job whether I am home or not and does everything I have asked without any problems. No job is impossible for this guy. He has painted my ceilings in the house, put together a trampoline and then repaired it after the wind blew it into a tree. I purchased a batting cage net for my boys and gave him the task to come up with the framework which he did and perfectly. He has repaired my generator into working condition again. He is truly a handyman. No job is impossible or too small. I have even just had him put a new license plate on my car or just trim a tree by the hose so I could get to it. He makes me dizzy as he buzzes around the house and does his job with professionalism. He pays attention to all the details and is neat too. I cannot say enough about his service. I even told him that he is not allowed to move out of Spring Hill or I am following him because he has spoiled me.
