+ -1 moreHe was competitively priced, showed up on schedule, power washed the exterior of the house, caulked where appropriate, removed down spouts, painted the exterior of the house, reinstalled the down spouts and cleaned up to the extent you wouldn't know he was ever here. Job well done.

+ -1 moreHe was prompt, professional, and very careful to make sure his work was top notch.
Description of Work: Jeff pressure washed the exterior of the house, including the eve's troughs and soffit. He pulled back the soil from the house to a depth of 4 inches and cleaned the surface for painting. As a special effort he pressure cleaned the screen structure over the swimming pool and applied two coats of stain to the step pad at the side door of the garage. He applied to coats of paint to both the side walls and the architectural trim. The previous painter had slooped paint on the soffit, down spouts and several other places where it didn't belong. Jeff removed all the down spouts painted the walls under the spouts, touched them up to cover the previous painters sloppy work and reinstalled them. The previous painter had not caulked the joints between the ceiling and the walls in the lani and front porch. Jeff fixed all the these joints, any cracks in the walls, etc. so the exterior now looks great. When ever he had to paint a portion of the house while the sun was shining on it he went over it the next day, when it was in the shade, and checked for any holidays.
