Integrity has been true to their word. They are prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. They call on the day of service so I can confine my pets. They close and lock pet gates when they leave and my lawn looks great.

It went well. Very pleased with service. Hired for quarterly spraying.

We have been using them now for a year their good at what they do. slow down when they are mowing and mow in different directions every time instead like every other times,

We're scheduled to use them every month. They need to come back and check to see how the weed control is working more frequently because they only come back if I ask them to come back. But I would like them to come back automatically to to see if it's actually killing the weeds. They should automatically return in two weeks to see how it's doing and if it's not, just automatically apply more. They're reliable, I can count on them to do a good job most of the times.

The techs have been punctual, thorough and neat when cutting and amp; trimming our not-so-nice lawn. The office staff are very pleasant to talk with and they have been very understanding trying to get the email invoicing to work. We have been using their services for about 2 years with no complaints. We much prefer the email invoicing which is now working great. I highly recommend their services.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT...WOULD RECOMMEND THEM OVER ANY OTHER PEST SERVICE and I have used several since moving to Florida. I had found some roaches and other bugs in my home and I was debating whether I should call a service but I didn't want to get into the hassle of finding a good one as I had gone through several who I was unsatisifed with before. However, the problem became dire when I found a scorpion in my bed that bit me at 3 am on Wednesday morning. I immediately went on Angies list and saw several companies I had used before. the and quot; big namesand quot;.we all know. Tired of some of the larger companies with their excuses, legal contracts and attitude, I chose Integrity. Several factors went into choosing them. First I noticed it was a husband and wife who owned it. Owning several companies in the past myself, I knew the and quot;buckand quot;: stopped at my desk as a previous business owner. And, I liked the name and quot;Integrityand quot;..I find that prior to finding these people many of the firms I had used in the past didn't know what the word meant and it certainly showed in their service and also in the attitude of management. So I frantically called the office at 9:05 that morning and spoke to a lovely, courteous and, believe it or not, and quot;caringand quot; person who answered the phone. Her name was Margaret and I later learned she was the wife of the owner. Sensing my hysteria at finding a scorpion in my bed she said she would try to arrange to fit me in that day. She called me back and told me she was able to do that and someone would come out to my home around 12 noon to do my pest control. She said the man's name was Jeff who was coming and he was excellent and patient.professional technician. What a relief and this further proved to me that so far I was correct in deciding to opt for this type of firm for as I certained appreciated the and quot;personal serviceand quot; they just provided. In the past I was unable in the some of the companies (with well known names) to get such quick service. Even when something went wrong it seemed impossible to speak to anyone in authority, let alone an owner. Ever try to speak to the owner when something went terribly wrong like your cinch bug problem was getting worse for several months. I did and I got a the old run around for months. And at Integrity I was treated like a customer, not a street address!! So I consider myself extremely lucky to have contacted Integrity.. They had an A rating prior to my contacting them.. The man came, explained every move as I followed him all around except the attic and he was gracious, patient, and went over step by step (two) times what he was doing.. . The job was done correctly and it was Hassle Free....The amount quoted on the phone was the amount paid. No extras, no hidden clauses...An honest business transaction. They came when they said they would. They did the job they said the would and I am very very pleased. They called the next morning to see if I was pleased with their service. Save yourself the hassle and call them first. I am sure glad I did. .

We are extremely pleased with our pest control service! We live in a townhouse which we currently rent while we build a new home nearby. After signing our lease and moving in, we realized that the rental was overtaken by ants and roaches and other Florida creepy crawlers. The management company sent out 2 different pest control companies who could not resolve the insect problem. After months of discontentment, we took matters into our own hands and contacted Integrity Pest Control. Surprisingly, the owner of the company came out to do the service. He was prompt and friendly. We were shocked to see that after only one treatment, there were no live ants or roaches in the entire townhouse. Only dead ones! We will definitely hire Integrity to take care of our household pest control at our new home when it is completed. We recommend Integrity without reservation!
