Tray and his team did an excellent job on the installation of new gutters on our year old house. When we bought the house it did not have gutters, we later figured out we really need them with the heavy rain here in Florida. Tray was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. On or about May 1, 2024 we contacted Humpherys Gutter to get a quote for a gutter repair. We were told they would look at job and give us a quote. They arrived that afternoon and quoted us $350.00. We informed them that we would pay extra because we understood it was an emergency. They scheduled the job (within the next 5 days). They called us the next morning and told us they could do the repair that day. They showed up and did the repair. However in the process they broke some wood on the overhang (homeowner and neighbor witnessed this, thought they would repair this also). Homeowner called us to let us know about this. We were there the next morning, and called Humpherys. They denied that they had done any damage. We told them they would not be paid unless they fix the overhang. They returned to the house and began working. We went about our business, and when we returned to the front of the house they were gone. When we looked over the area and the gutters, we relized that not only had they not repaired the overhand wood, they had also cut holes into the new gutter repair. We called them again, and no answer.

It went perfect, they also went extra miles and fixed one of the previous downspouts that had been incorrectly installed by someone hired by the previous owner of the house. At no extra cost. Very professional, courteous and responsible. I would definitely hire them again if needed.

When Trae, the owner, came to the house to give us an estimate we knew we were in good hands. He described everything they would be doing, showed us what the leaf guard would look like and helped us pick out colors for our gutters and downspouts. We also included that our french drains would be cleaned. Trae was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He even called before installation to confirm we still wanted the same colors. Unfortunately, the day of installation it rained so we had to postpone for a few days...no big deal. The crew arrived early, along with Trae and worked the entire day. When everything was completed we all did a walk around and he even added a guard as protection for our wood edge. There clean up was outstanding. You couldn't ask for a better company and job so well done. We are planning on using him again for our next house.

I could not be more pleased with my new gutters! I also needed some soffit work which they did perfectly. They did a great job taking down the old gutters and installing the new ones. They cleaned up everything after they were done and also went around and wiped any fingerprints/dirt off the new gutters.

Very professional and courteous. Showed up on time. My husband forgot to take down a couple of security lights they helped us with that no problem. Felt like they were really good honest people would refer them to family, friends and neighbors.

Absolutely incredible! Competitive pricing and an absolutely flawless and beautiful installation. I am so happy we decided to have the Gutters installed by Vantrae and Kale. It is a beautiful install and not only a great facelift on the home, and the bonus Is there will no longer be lawn and plant damages during rainstorms. The down spouts are color coordinated and look amazing on the house. Check out the “Rain Chain” near the front door to avoid putting a downspout into our flower garden area that would have washed out our Mulch! I would recommend Humphery Seamless Gutters to anyone. I am quite happy with the finished job. Tray Humphrey and his associate were prompt, informative, friendly, and efficient. As the weather is bone dry, and as it was installed only today... I have yet to see the gutters in action; however they look great. They were more than happy to make aesthetic and functional adjustments per my requests during the job. I would both hire this company again if needed and recommend their services to others. I sprang for the additional expense of extra fine mesh covering, so I would never have to get on a ladder and clean out debris. I was impressed with Tray's professionalism, character, and attentiveness in particular. Job well done!

Humphery Gutters was pure pleasure to deal with from the first call to their office to final payment for the completed work. The representative on the phone was pleasant and professional then said someone would contact me to set up the estimate. Trae called and was pleasant but most importantly accommodated my schedule, then he actually arrived on time as scheduled for the estimate! Trae was professional, pleasant, and wore appropriate company attire which complimented his professional looking vehicle & trailer. Trae was also knowledgeable, well spoken, and just plain nice to talk with. He actually listened to what I wanted and did not try to "tell" me what I wanted. He made recommendations but graciously accepted my decisions. I promptly received an estimate with great detail (via email), and was very responsive to several questions I had prior to making a decision. The price was more than fair and when I compared my experience so far to their competitors the choice was easy, I scheduled the work with Humphery's. They arrived when scheduled ! The guys who did the work were polite, professional, stayed on point with the work, didn't use foul language, or play annoying loud music, and believe it or not were not on the cell phones every 5 minutes!!!! WOW! They did a great job and when they were finished they gladly took care of a couple small items I wanted changed.... and without a bad attitude! This company is a rare find in today's world, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR if you need gutter work have this company do the work!

The estimate was provided and I was advised that I could choose the work I wanted performed. The team arrived within the repair window and completed the work quickly and with quality. We walked through the completed work prior to payment to ensure it was performed to our satisfaction. Would definitely use again. Pricing is reasonable.

The technicians were polite and did do the downspouts and the drain replacement to our satisfaction. They advised that the gutters were full of debris and I asked them to clean them and they agreed. They advised me the charge would be $1.00 per foot x 300 feet. They did not take very long and I questioned if they were through already and Trey replied yes. The next day we had someone from a different company to talk to us about gutter screens and they took pictures of the gutters and 2 sides of the house gutters still had a lot of debris in them. They have been properly cleaned and the screens have been installed so they should remain clean. I feel like I paid $300.00 for work that was not done completely. Also, they looked at our gutters and wanted to sell us a new gutter system. It was determined that the gutters are fine.

The service was fast and great! They not only matched the quotes I recieved the beat the lowest one! I would definitely hire them again and again!

well i decide to put others thing on hold await for my appointment ...well they can not make it on time for appointment 10am to 12pm .he call me at 12;15 that he is running late..... so i told him i will reschedule ....i will go with someone else
