Don't bother trying to hire this woman. When you call, all you get is voice mail to leave a message. Then she doesn't bother to call back. Apparently business is so good she can afford to ignore potential customers. Why even advertise?

Lora showed up exactly when scheduled, performed well and was well worth her fee. We plan to use her again.

She does a very good job. She is very trustworthy. When I have been out of town she has fed the birds and water themed and taken care of my mail. She has really done everything I asked her to even heavy duty cleaning. She has cleaned windows, baseboards, etc. She has helped me uppack. She has done a great job and still cleans my house once a week. She cleans up after the birds, vaccum the feathers. She does an absolute great job getting rid of the feathers. She has cooked dinner when she has had some time left. She is a really motivated person. The only thing I wish I could get her more, she is very busy and can only come 1 x a week because she does such a great job. She is polite, kind, nice and trustworthy. If you need anything she will bring it with her such as windex, cleaners, etc.

They were reliable, efficient and did what I asked. I would recommend them to others and will be using them again in the future when needed.

Laura did a great job. I was recovering from back surgery and out of town guests were visiting for the weekend. I would definitely use this service again.

Things went very good. I was very happy with it. She was right on time and very professional. She charges $15 pr hour. I will be using her again.

She squeezed me in and was able to show up within a couple days of my phone call. She normally doesn't travel that far, but she made an exception and was very accommodating. The tenants wanted the work done immediately, so she worked hard to get it done quickly. She was very nice and the tenants were very pleased with her cleaning.

I called to arrange housecleaning, got voice mail, and left a message. No one ever called me back. I called again and left another message, but still got no response.

Jen and Linda did a beautiful job, they paid attention to every detail and cleaned our house until it sparkled!! I'm so glad I found them through Angies list!

I called her one day, I didn't get a response. So I called them later that night and left a message, and still didn't get a response. I waited for the weekend and called them back on Monday, with still no response. Over a month later and I still don't have a phone call.

Helping Hands did a great job. She was here for almost 4 hours.

From the first time, all was great an did all chores to completion and asked if any thing else was needed

You do not have to check up on her. She is precise and completes all her jobs. When she is done with her jobs she asks to help with other household things. She is excellent and a hard worker.

Lora was excellent. She did everything. I did not have to tell her what to do - she knew exactly what she had to do. She was not one of those young kids that come in with a telephone and do telephone and cleaning at the same time. She was all by herself, which suited me well because I do not like big crews walking all over my house. The pricing was excellent for the work that she did; she charged $15 an hour, and she was here for four hours. I would rate her highly and would recommend her to anyone. I would use her again in the future; she had to leave the area because of her children, but she will be back soon.

Lora Parsons is excellent, and she comes once every two weeks. She charges us by the hour. I guess she would charge an average price, about $50 to $65 for a cleaning, depending on the size of the room. I would rate her highly.
