Description of Work: He wasted my time. He's trying to tell me what should be done over the phone without looking at it. He came out and looked at the backyard, three sections of the fence that have to be replaced. He looked at it like its going to be a very major job and it would be difficult. He ultimately wanted to do the entire side of the fence which is a good idea but I can't afford it. He yelled at me saying I'm through and shut the gate when I told him what I only wanted done. That's not a way you do business with people.
