Field tech Dylan is very professional and courteous, answers all my questions to my satisfaction. If you are in need of a water treatment system, I highly recommend Environmental Water Resources.

+ -1 moreDan's company, Environmental Water Resources is responsive and his service technicians do great work. From the start, I sensed that Dan was an honest man intent on keeping a good reputation and providing good customer service and for six years now, that has proved true. I highly recommend this company and this product.
Description of Work: After much research, in 2016 I had a Clack water purification system installed in my home by Environmental Water Resources company. These units are a little more expensive than most other brands, but because of the superb quality of water it provides and the life time warranty, the system is well worth the price. After 6 years, my system recently developed a problem which required a total rebuild. This company responded quickly, did a thorough rebuild of the system showing me what they were doing as they worked and quickly restored by system with about $2,000 worth of parts, materials and labor. ALL covered by the lifetime warranty as I had been promised when I bought the unit.

+ -1 moreI received a postcard after moving into my home from out of state. It appeared as if it was from the County Water Dept and they did nothing to correct my misunderstanding. They stated very firmly they needed to come do an inspection of my tap water and it would take approximately 30 minutes. I scheduled assuming this was something they did when you turned the water on in your name . The man that came out acted very confident as he walked in. Did not offer any identification just went to the sink opened his box of 'testing' equipment ran the water and began telling me I was going to get cancer by bathing or drinking my chemically laced water. HE WAS SO CONDESCENDING AND RUDE it was shocking. We had to ask him to leave at least 3-4 times and during that he continued to ask if we didn't care that we were going to get cancer and die from our water. No kidding. RUDE RUDE RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!

+ -1 moredidn't ask them to come out. governments don't give 72 hours and don't work till 6pm. if i needed water testing 'd get my lab out and test it. then have the county test it. you'll find iron, potassium, calcium, sodium and all sorts of other good things in your water.
Description of Work: company masquerades as a government office of water quality. seems like dan, bob, and jack travis do everything possible to pressure money out of you. i have a complete chem lab in my garage. one can't be carried in a suitcase. they give you 72 hours on their postcard (you're selected by buying a house). county offices aren't open to six pm. matched the phone number with this one. says "WATER UPDATE" on the front to give it officialdom. be very careful. have at least one other government org. test your water first.

Description of Work: We had only been in our new house for a very short period of time and soon after we get our mailbox and we received a postcard from this company. It said that unfortunately we can’t reach them by phone and we thought that there was some sort of emergency with our sprinkler system. They are flying just under the law and that they are saying that I have chlorine in my water.This company is trying to scam people out of their money. We almost had to call the police to get this contractor out of our home. He absolutely would not leave when we asked him to several times.

+ -1 moreThis is an "F' company in all respects. They took money without providing the service. What more needs to be said!
Description of Work: I had a water softener replaced with updated system. There was to be a reverse osmosis system to be installed. I was asked to pay for the system to be installed later in the week. I received multiple phone calls stating a reason for the delay. Appointments were made and broken by the company as a "no show". The company sales people, Dan and Kevin, never installed the equipment yet kept the money.
