BY FAR THE WORSE ELECTRIC CO. I HAVE EVER INCOUNTERED. WE HIRED THEM TO UP-GRADE OUR HOME PANEL. THE TECH RAN 220 TO MY INGROUND WELL PUMP/SPRINKLIER SYSTEM INSTEAD OF CHECKING IT FIRST FOR CORRECT POWER (WHICH WAS 110 AND NOT 220), SO HE FRYED MY COMPLETE SYSTEM COSTING ME OVER $5K TO RECTIFY AND FIX. I ASKED OWNER TO HELP WITH COST AS HIS SUPERVISIOR ADMITTED ON TWO DIFFERENT TRIPS BACK OUT THAT THEIR INSTALL TECH MESSED UP AND RAN WRONG POWER TO IT BUT OWNER STRIGHT OUT REFUSED EVEN A LITTLE FIN HELP. WOW IS RIGHT. I ONLY ASKED HIM TO HELP WITH $525.00 >ONLY< AND HE STILL REFUSED AND AGAIN, HIS OWN SUPERVISOR ADMITTED TO US TWICE (2 DIFFERENT TRIPS OUT) THAT THEIR OWN TECH CAUSED ALL THIS PROBLEM. I RECORDED EVERYTHING AND WILL SEE THIS COMPANY IN COURT VERY SOON. BEWARE, CHECK BBB COMPLAINTS AND ALSO THE LIC. DIVISION OF WHICH I WILL BE CONTACTING NEXT ALSO. DO YOUR RESEARCH. WE ARE HERE TO STAY AND WORD OF MOUTH IN THIS ENTIRE AREA SPREADS FAST. I WOULDN'T TRUST THIS COMPANY TO INSTALL A LIGHT BULB AT THIS POINT. OUR HONEST AND PROVABLE SITUATION.

Installer had never installed a smart thermostat and had no idea what he was doing. It took over 2 hours and 40 minutes and it was not installed properly. Installer blew a fuse in my home, had to leave to buy a new fuse, took apart my AC handler multiple times because he did not know what he as doing. He had to call the manufacturer 1-800 number to see what to do. There is a feature on the thermostat to test the system and the installer never did it to see if it worked. Total incompetence. Do not hire

The quality of the work was good. On price, I have no other reference. On quality, he did very good work. On responsiveness, I don't remember a problem. On professionalism, I think the company is very good. The owner called me to follow-up on the work and he is very nice. I might include them in an estimate and see what they're doing with their company. They were good. The quality was good.
