Description of Work: NOTE: We have pictures we can post and as of 7/7/20 have received no response. So these guys are crooks. I'd been dealing with these people for 8 months to fix my AC issues. The OWNER came to my home to diagnose our issues. He said I needed only a 2nd return and a minor patch. Not a new ducting system. First they come to our home to put in in a 2nd return 8 months ago, left a mess on my minor mess on my floor, but didn't put a filter in. For $550, I at least expect you to put a $3 filter in at the end of the job. Then they never patched up the minor tear in the duct they promised. When I called, they conveniently never returned both calls. Then mid-June, I ask them to come out since my home isn't cooking off. The tech says "it's the Freon". Then he sees backfill in his meter and says "I checked one more thing and you need a pull and clean in your upstairs unit. We schedule the pull and clean and they come out yesterday (7/3/20 - my birthday, btw). They show up - no mask at 10:15am. I go move my truck out of the garage, I remove the lock from my backyard gate, and pull down the attic steps. As I unlock the back gate, I leave the padlock open and on the ring and just ask them "please just close and put the lock back on when you're done. They know they need to put it back on be user they are standing right next to me watching me unlock this. It's raining, btw. In two hours, they finish, take my money, and then don't say anything before leaving. I ask "this should fix the problem, right"? The gentleman who had been to my house twice before says, as an afterthought, "yeah, would you mind if check the air temp?" I let them in and he clamps a meter, I sign the credit card form and he walks out. I walk into my garage to see they've finally left, so I go to move my truck into the garage. I notice they've kicked out insulation onto the floor and just left it there. They even left the attic steps down and didn't put them up/close the door. It's kind of ******, but whatever, as long as my AC is fixed, right? Wrong. Around 5:30/6pm I let my 7 month old puppy out the dog door. It's about to start raining again and we notice he's been gone. I look out the side window and see my gate is open a good 3-4 feet. They never closed my **** gate to my backyard. My dog escaped. To elaborate, MY KIDS' new puppy has just escaped and is lost. This is the final straw and I call the after hours line and they tell em all they can do is try to page someone and they'll get back to me Monday. Meanwhile, we've been outside frantically searching a black puppy at 8:15/8:30 at night. My phone goes off and it's down after hours manager who could clearly not give any less of a **** about any of these issues I outlined. He actually blamed me for the fence issue. "That doesn't sound like my guys. Don't you think you should have checked it?" No. Not when I asked them to do it and they said they would. It was a simple request. The gate wasn't even CLOSED, let alone locked. I told him if I don't find my dog or I have any other problems I'm reporting them and I'm disputing the transaction. Then I explained the insulation, the steps and he says "well it's 8:30 on Friday, I'll ask them Monday and find out if this is true or not." I was livid. I told him I had pictures and insulation didn't just happen to fall out of my ceiling and I would send it. So I did. We spent 3 hours looking for our dog and finally found him. I thought everything was over and that was it. Wrong. This morning my wife wakes me up to tell me the drain that we can see from our kitchen window that we've had to clear out before has a new attachment on it and is upside down. So on July 4 at 10am, I'm outside with a shop vac, still doing their job. I have to rotate the drain correctly so it can drain, suction a gallon of water out, and move a stupid 2x4 they left for some reason. Then I texted a video of the whole thing (I'd post it here but it allows pictures only, but I'm happy to share it) to the same jerk from last night and got a read receipt. OH. AND THE HOUSE STILL ISN'T COOLING OFF. the problem never got fixed. It's currently set to 70 degrees in here and it's 77 in my house. Do not hire these people. I'm also reporting them to the better business bureau and cancelling the transaction with my back for services not received. Do not ever use this company. They're missing basic integrity and as evidenced by the manager who took my call, MEN who take responsibility for their work.
