Friday night late we called CK and they dispatched a tech after hours to diagnose the issue. The tech (John) very professionally looked through the issues determined the trouble and although did not have the part available, only charged us for a normal (not overtime) fee. They ordered the part and installed in on Monday. Since there have been a few related issues. Each and every time we call, they are happy to come back and diagnose the issue under warranty! The past two times the tech (Jim) really showed a desire to make sure he could effectively solve the issue and was very thorough in his work. I've had AC repairs done in other towns where even though the work was completed by the firm, and troubles popped up right after, it was like pulling teeth with a ice pick to get them to come back. Not CK, they really stand by there work!

Mike did a great job on the estimate providing all the info we needed to make a sound decision. Very professional The install crew showed up exactly on time and worked very efficiently to install our system on Saturday. It works great. We are very pleased. Can't wait to see my new lower electric bill!

The customer service rep was polite and explained what was covered under a service contract. The appointment was scheduled when it was convenient for me to be home. The tech called before arriving on time for his appointment. He was polite and professional. I would not hesitate kto recommend Krueger for your A/C needs. I have a 4-year-old system that that installed (a good price) and service without any isssues at all.

We came home our HVAC system completely iced over. We learned that our current service provider was not an authorized Trane dealer/repair shop. We were getting ready to have a ton of guests for the 4th of July. We contacted CRAIG W KRUEGER A/C & HEATING LLC and they immediately sent over a technician. Not only did he diagnose the problem, but he drove all the way down to another county to pick up the failed part, and stayed with us until the system was operational. I've had the occasion in another home with something similar (part located not close by) and the company could only suggest that they would have the part shipped and installed when it got to the house (ugh, in 90 degree humid weather). So the CK tech volunteering to drive to get the part to bring it up to repair was amazing and very much appreciated! We also asked him to have the office follow-up for a quote on other items, and not only did they, but they did within a day or two. Very professional, courteous, and did great work!

They are the best. They are very professional. The price is good and these guys are good. We would give them an A+. We would highly recommend them and we will absolutely use them again.

They did an outstanding job as usual; they were twice as good. The prices advertised by the others are either $10-$20 more so their prices are really good. They come out and do their job. They are here on time or show up 15 minutes earl.

AMAZING! We had been having issues with our two a/c units since we bought the home in 2007. We had numerous companies try to fix the problem and had just as many offers to replace the entire system. No remedies acceptable. Finally, this company arrived made a few suggestions and viola..problem resolved without another issue. For years we had been suffering in the summer heat, not this summer! Could not be happier!

The installers were great. Very professional and respectful. They had to cut an opening through my breakfast nook ceiling to get the new unit in place and brought in professional dry-wall people to close it up. I highly recommend them

We have a house full of company and came home from dinner to find that the air conditioner was not working. The thermostat showed no reading. We called for repair at 8:15 a.m. and Mark showed up before 9:00 a.m. He was great and had everything checked and working in 15 min. When we described the problems we were having, he immediately diagnosed the drain line, and he was correct. We would definitely use their services in the future.

I have always been quite pleased by the professionalism shown by all of the people I have worked with including the owner himself. This time was no different. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fair, honest, quality HVAC company.

We had scheduled a routine service call for the following week, but the unit stopped working before the service. We contacted the company and they sent someone out that day to fix the unit. Craig Krueger actually installed our system several years ago when it needed to be replaced. We had gotten some mixed information from another company with which we were uncomfortable. Mr Krueger's company gave us a fair price to replace the system and went well above expectations with some additional problems encountered along the way. We have since called them each time we needed service or repair and recommended them to our daughter; she was very pleased as well.

After renovating my home I was informed by my cable installers and my electrician that the air-conditioning ducts were seriously deteriorated. My father uses Krueger and has always been very satisfied with their excellent service, so I called to have the system checked out. Fortunately the overall system was in good shape but the serviceman, Joe, verified the ducts were partially collapsed and leaking. Mr. Krueger came a few days later and provided me with a detailed proposal of the work that needed to be done and a very reasonable price. Based on that and the company's excellent reputation I agreed to have the work done and everything went smoothly. The crew arrived on the day scheduled and set about the job. Thay were all courteous and professional and prepared to work in a cramped, hot attic space. They removed all the old duct work, replaced it with new material and cleaned up everything when they finished. I was completely satisifed with the work done and I know Krueger stands behind it.

I could not believe these "professionals" could not resolve such a serious problem. Technical expertise should never over-rule common sense. Although they were very timely in response to our calls, they failed miserably in resolving the problem. We were charged a fair price for the initial visit and zero for the "call backs", however, it cost us approximately $400.00 in completed repairs with cost unknown for some that still must be done as a direct result of the water overflow problem.

I solicited 4 bids for companies, all from Angie's List. Krueger gave, by far, the best bid. He was very polite and professional, as were his installation crew. Each and every one of the five or so workers were outstandingly polite and friendly. They inspected the ducting, took out the old unit and disposed of it, prepared the base for the new unit, and installed the HVAC unit and a new air handler. I am very pleased with their service.

I contacted CRAIG W KRUEGER A/C & HEATING LLC through Angie's List. They called me at the phone number I provided the following business day. So far, easy to communicate with and accommodating. I decided to schedule an inspection based on my phone contact with the company.

They came out within a week to do the estimate on a non-emergency job. The price they quoted seemed very reasonable. They called back to schedule the job the following week, and a follow up call was placed the day before to remind us. Two young men arrived on time the day of the job. After surveying the ceiling, they cut a hole and installed the duct in the garage. They followed with the duct work from the main air conditioner to the duct in the garage. There was very little space in the attic which made the work difficult, but they accomplished the entire job in 50 minutes. They were thorough in their clean up, sweeping up all materials. Both guys were polite and courteous. We will definitely call them again should a need arise.

They were recommended to me. I use them for the whole neighborhood. I'm planning to call them again this afternoon.

The Two Men came in and started to with the old one ac and put the new ac in one day.

They came 15 minutes early explained just what they would be doing and went to work. they took down every vent, washed them also returns, then vaccumed everyone put all the vents back put filters(which I had already)in for me.Then they put in a disinfected throughout the whole system. Fabulous job wonderful people cleaned up when done, we had to leave for hour and half until disinfected was clear it was perfect no smell and since then the dust in my house has been no more. I am very happy with them and would use them again and recommend the Company

As my old unit was easily accesable they gave me a nice discount. On time, quick service. all good.
