Description of Work: Mike Krueger came out to give me a quote on installing some new duct work. He was right on time, very professional in his approach to our needs. We are evaluating his quote and will certainly consider using his company for this work.

Description of Work: We had a whole new AC put in. The owner came out and gave an estimate. Gave us 2 options for systems one being a lesser cost system. I thought this was nice instead of just selling the top of the line system, even though we wanted the top of the line system. Workers came out on time as scheduled to do the job. Very professional, clean and worked at a good pace. You could tell they came to work and get the job done. The owner even came out when they were doing the install to thank us for our business, which was very nice. Top rate company in my mind. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Provided a full check up of our heat/AC system. Knowledgeable, no pressure to buy a new system from them. Would certainly use them if furnace problems occur or to perform check up on system in the future.

Description of Work: Technician was earlier than supposed to be, was willing to wait if necessary. Very nice guy, let me know about the system and what was going on with the system. Will use their service again as well as recommend them.

Description of Work: Our air conditioning vents were blowing out warm air. The fan on our unit outside was not operating. We received a quick response fo our problem. The fan & capacitor were replaced. We are enjoying the coolness of our home once again.

Description of Work: The appointment was made about noon on Friday with the expectation that Monday would be the earliest they could come. SURPRISE, I was told the technician could be there in about an hour and a half. He was here in less than that time. He detected a leak in my system somewhere under the patio. He refilled the system with coolant. My task was to open up the patio concrete where I knew we had spliced the lines and call him back. Over the week end, I opened up the patio and call the tech back on Monday. He arrived even earlier than the appointment. Unfortunately the leek could not be found where detected before. Since he didn't do anything on the second visit, there was no charge. I will definitely put this company in my Roladex!
