+ -1 moreJohn arrived punctually, asked several questions and proceeded to work on my computer for almost 3 hours. Based on my responses, he came up with a plan by checking the processes were running and determining what was no longer needed. He removed old software that bogged down the computer and installed up-to-date versions that improved the computer's response time by 100%. I have Windows XP with Internet Explorer 8. Because IE8 is no longer supported, I had problems signing into Angie's List, viewing YouTube etc. John came up with a great solution by installing a new browser that is compatible with Windows XP. He also installed an improved security system and made many customized changes that met my needs.
Description of Work: John Connaughton repaired my computer and made it run like new.
