Description of Work: We had our counter top, sink and Garbage Disposal replaced; we needed a plumber to hook up the new sink to the plumbing, as well as the disposal. |Two plumbers showed up and completed the job, which turned out to be more difficult than they had originally estimated, because the new sink was larger than the old one, with a different drain placement, leaving a very tight working space for the Disposal. They also had to remove the plug-in cord attached to the new Disposal, to make a direct wiring connection. Nevertheless, they completed the job satisfactorily, and kept to their original estimate. My wife and I are very happy with the results.

Explained reason for leak which was due to Polybutylene water pipes (these were faulty pipes made by Shell several years ago which Shell replaced at their cost IF it was requested however the previous owners apparently never requested replacement). They were very pleasant and answered all questions.

Description of Work: They fixed the hot water heater, repaired the toliet and explained the faucet for our washing machine, and a pop- up for a sink. These were split between two calls.

+ -1 moreEverything was checked out throughout the house. Checked the water heater and put my mind at ease that everything was fine and in working order after the electricity was turned back on. I have had them back to other service for me and I would highly recommend them and their work ethics.
Description of Work: Came to my house and checked out everything after my house was hit by lightning. Also contacted a licensed electrician to make sure everything was OK. He very professional and extremely kind and knowledgeable. They did not try and take advantage of the situation and they very reasonable for their service call charge for the amount of time they spent here.
