+ 0 moreChris was above and beyond what we expected. He showed up early everyday. His professionalism, courtesy, and kindness was second to none. He did a fantastic job, power washing our home and painted it. He made some suggestions and he was absolutely right, we are glad we listened to him. His quality of workmanship and attention to detail turned out to be excellent. He kept to his quoted price which is unusual these days. We would use him again anytime and highly recommend him.

Description of Work: I called Chris' Painting and asked to get a quote on repainting the outside trim on my house after I had checked him out on Angies List - Chris came to my house on Friday, 7 Oct, 2011 - we walked around the perimeter of my house and I showed him what I wished to have painted - he asked if it would be alright to email me the quote on Sunday night as he was going out of town over the weekend - I told him that Monday would be fine for the quote and not to worry about it while he was out of town - I never heard another word from him - he never emailed me, he never called me, he never stopped by my house - he just forgot about me - he doesnt deserve the "A" he had on Angies List

+ 0 moreChris showed up always on time or before. He powerwashed and painted the entire home in 4 1/2 days and was meticulously clean. Absolutely NO cleanup was needed on our part. Chris was a true professional and was always very courteous and polite. He comes HIGHLY recommended from me, and in fact, my own kids are getting their homes painted by him as well.
Description of Work: Powerwashed whole house to include lanai (birdcage pool), pool area. Applied sealant, caulked around windows and doors, and applied two coats of acrylic paint to entire home (approx 2000 square feet without lanai).

+ -1 moreI am a disabled woman and the day that he was late, it was because he stopped to buy me bagels w/ cream cheese for breakfast! Chris was very helpful and thoughtful. He even made good suggestions for my color.
