+ -1 moreThey basically didn't resolve out issue. I would tell a friend not to go to them. The should have found the problem with out system and fixed it.

+ 0 moreThey supposedly cleared it out. I mentioned something about changing out our duct work as we had old insulation and ducts. I was concerned I would end up with a mold problem. Jason checked out my system and quoted me $2400. I had been quoted much higher previously. They came out later that month and were here from early morning until the evening trying to complete the work. We walked through the house and he said they had to change the airflow so it went more evenly throughout the house. They also moved the control and changed it so the fan was constantly running. When a storm came through, I heard a noise and felt a change in the airflow. I contacted them and said there was no air blowing out and I had water coming out of the drain pipe in the garage. Jason eventually came out and said it was my main trunk line that came off the air handler. That meaning my AC unit was running the entire time. While out, I was told they fixed all of the problems. I later noticed that there was no airflow coming out of the vent by the front door, just as I pointed out to them. I had a neighbor check it out and they told me that the vent was not connected. I contacted Jason and he was going to contact the owner Glen in attempts to negotiate something. The owner never called or contacted me. Now no one is returning my calls and I’m seeking the assistance of Angie’s List. I have attempted to contact Central Cooling & Heating since I submitted this review however I cannot get them to return my calls.
Description of Work: We contacted them in early June as I was having trouble with an exterior drain pipe.
