+ -1 moreFirst mistake by paying up front even tho I had to supply everything. He blamed my concrete screws, wood, and all kind of things because he couldn't finish the job. I find out that IF he had to work over 3 hours I would be charged more !! I was going to have him do many jobs from kitchen painting to new bathroom floor which I would have to pay 50 % plus all supplies before he did the job just for putting me on his schedule !! Thankfully I had this job first and am out only 125.00. I realize he wants pay up front because if things like this go wrong he still makes money. No guarantees from this place either. I had to carry in the plywood from back yard that was left in the rain.

Description of Work: We rented a house from out of state where they did almost nothing. We needed a ceiling fan installed. Windows that worked. Drawers and closet doors not falling out. We had a screen out and a screen door stuck under the roof.

+ -1 moreVery polite and professional. Price for labor was fair. He picked up the door at Lowes which I pre-purchased there. Only minor complaint was a lot of wood shavings left behind. Not a big deal as he had gotten quite wet working through the heavy rains we were having and probably couldn't wait to go home and change clothes. I will definitely use him again.

+ 4 moreOMG!! I had the best experience with this company! I was a bit sceptical at first but I googled handyman Services and these guys came up. So I gave them a call and the lady that answered was very respectfully and pleasent, not only did she have a technician meet me at my property fast, but the quote was free and very informative. So I hired them to install new tile in the property, repaint the entire home inside and out he even gave me a free garage inspection! Which I had no idea I needednew rollers and he even programmed my Jeep to the opener. The job came out beautiful and the price was perfect! They will definitely keep me as a customer, they've since dine work at my office and I even sent them to my mother's house to fix her garage!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. words don't do them the Justice they deserve Triple A+ in my book! Thank you CanDo handyman Services.
