Jackie was very pleasent on the phone and we made arrangements for a Free Estimate. I agreed Ron was giving me a fair price and he did a Great Job right then streching and tacking down the edges of my carpet. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some good advice about carpets. He was very professional and nice to chat with while he worked.

The presentation for their service was very interesting and informative. I was immediately convinced they were the right pros for me. Ron did an excellent job on my carpets. I had two major areas of pet stains that I thought would never come out. They are completely gone! The carpet stretching along with the cleaning, made the carpet look brand new. I would not hesitate to recommend Apex to anyone who is looking for professional, knowledgeable and efficient service.

I would highly recommend this company! This husband and wife team (wife makes appts. and does proposals, husband does the labor) were very professional and service oriented. My carpets needed stretching and cleaned. It was all done in a timely manner and my carpet looks like new. Resonably priced for the quality of service!

Apex came and restretched our 2 year old, expensive carpeting, that the interior designer, manufacturer and installer assumed no responsiblity. It looks great! Apex arrived exactly on time and in 2 hours finished a great job. Hire THEM!

When Apex Floor & Furniture Care first came to stretch & clean our carpet they discovered a water leak in one of our bedrooms so work was suspended for a week while repairs could be made. They have now completed there work. The carpet looks great. We are very pleased with the way Apex's conducts there business. Yes we would recommend them to others.

All good. Ron was extremely professional and took the time to educate me regarding the work he performed and "why" he performed it the way he did. He did not have to do that. Relative to the amount of work he put in, the price was very reasonable. I will recommend Apex to my friends and colleagues when they are in need of such services.

We had cat urine stains on our couch and after trying everything we could we were referred to apex floor and furniture care. Our first impression was that they were very knowledgeable and very friendly. They took our cushions and had them flushed out and we were very pleased, the smell was gone. The actual couch part was a little more difficult and they had to come out again but they didn't think twice about it and got the job done . They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank You guys so much!
