+ -1 moreWe called & left a message on a day they were closed, and received a call back the next day. Mr & Ms Wood were on time for the estimate, and were able to do the repair that same week. Mr Wood was on time for the repair. He did the repair in a timely manner and did exactly what he said he would, for the price quoted.
Description of Work: We had three areas of berber carpet repaired and tacked down. This was in doorways where it had been cut for tile to be installed. In one room, the carpet had been damaged by cats scratching at it. Mr. Wood cut out a small square from a carpet scrap and repaired the area. He also stitched down an area that had been pulled out, and tacked down all three areas.
