Description of Work: They replaced entire roof on house. They were fast and nice. Price was great. Steve was very helpful and honest with the job. He also helped diagnose a problem with another room.

Description of Work: Al Dubois’ Roofing team guided me through a series of problems I had with my original roofer. My first impression of Al Dubois Roofing was their professionalism. They were respectful of my original roofer even after I told them of the extremely poor and unjustifiable treatment I was receiving. Becky was the receptionist and was able to decipher and communicate in layman terms what was going on with my roof, and sent her husband, Doug to inspect it, so they could guide me in the right direction. They did this at no cost! – but I am sending them a payment anyway. Even though they would have accepted the job to make the repairs, they steered me in another direction so I could go through the appropriate channels because it was “right” thing to do. Without going into detail about the nightmare I had with the previous roofer, I just wish I had known about Al Dubois Roofing first! I called Al Dubois through Angies list because I just couldn’t deal with my original roofer anymore. My message to anyone out there reading this is beware of other roofers in Florida. When you find someone that returns your call promptly, listens patiently, asks the right questions and explains in layman terms, you’ve found someone that is professional and sincerely cares about their workmanship. You need a roofer you can trust that will be there for you throughout the warranty of the roof they installed. Thank you Becky and Doug!

Description of Work: just tried to call Al Dubois Roofing at the phone number listed on your website 727-856-1661. I double checked the number 3 times to make sure I dialed the right number. A man answered the phone, I asked if he was a roofer, and he said, "what can you do for me?" I had to hang up. Description of Work: Roof leaking. Took two days to repair and to date, no leaks. Showed by what they would do throughout the job. Keep us informed. Professional folks. Will use them again if required. tom Fritz
