I accept his quote, but he wants me to do the drawing on my survey to get a permit. I do not know how to do that. I had already given him my survey. No work has been done.

They responded promptly and communicated throughout the project. The job was completed on time and they kept a clean worksite. Very pleased with this company.

Contacted company and left voicemail on or about June 12 regarding pouring concrete where an inground spa will be removed from our patio. Heard back couple days later; they said they do this type of job, appt was set for June 16 for quote. When they arrived on June 16 I asked if they could pour 25 ft concrete drain and replace front door frame and door also; they said they do those jobs. Pictures were taken for quotes. More than a week has passed now and no quotes have been provided, just silence from the company. They were asked specifically if they do these jobs and they said they do, so where are the quotes? If a company is not interested in doing the work they should just say so, instead of wasting my time. We want to get these jobs done ASAP and wasted time contacting Knapp and Companies.

Mike's team did a great job. They were on time and completed the job as quoted. They were respectful of my home taking care not to damage the grass or plants and cleaned up when finished.
