All great only didn't meet the starting date. Still worked fine.

Contacted them 2 weeks ago and followed up a day later with additional information. As yet they have not given me an estimate for the work.

Very professional, fast service, good advice

I had a small leak in a solar panel. I called Roy Lytle on Dec 5. He came out Dec 6 and fixed the problem in a very short time. Roy has been taking care on all my pool needs for over 10 years, including pool motor, filter, chlorinator and solar panels. He is very knowledgeable, always responds in a timely manner, and his prices are very reasonable. He is also pleasant to work with. I wouldn't call anyone else to take care of my pool.

Excellent. He came out and gave us an estimate in a timely manner, then set a date to install. He came on that date, bright and early that morning, and put in a very long day to complete the job. He used top quality materials and his install workmanship was excellent. It was all very professional and I think we got a good deal. He also explained the product and warranties and how to get service, to our satisfaction. From our experience yesterday, I'd say they are a top notch company.

Roy is very knowledgeable and helpful. He has installed my solar pool heating system and provided any needed related service. Very punctual and reasonably priced.

I called on Friday to report a leaky solar panel, they arrived the following Monday at about noon and swapped out the leaky panel, which was under warranty, and did not charge me for the call.

This was the third service call in 6 weeks for leaking solar panels (heating for pool) that Advanced Pool Systems orginally installed in 2005. Although the solar panels are under warranty, we pay $85 each time they come out. This time they replacfed two of the panels at no charge. It is difficult to get ahold of Advanced Pool Systems and they are not very reliable with their appointments.

I was very satisified with the quality of the installation and the way that they conducted themselves while here. There was no fooling around, they came to do a job and they got it done within the time frame they had quoted. I would not hesitate to call on them again for anything concerning pool equipment etc. The only complaint I have, and it's not just them it's practically every company I have dealth with, is that if they are going to be LATE, JUST PICK UP PHONE AND GIVE CALL STATING SO. Most people will be understanding that things come up. BUT, THAT IS NOTHING BUT COMMON COURTESTY TO GIVE A CALL. Tom Knittel, Sr.

I got several estimates from other providers and Advanced Pool Systems were the lowest one. I checked out their credentials. They were here on time and were very pleasant. They were extremely careful and did the job just as they proposed they were going to.
