Thing was done a very professional manner

So where do I start Mark Clark, Welp I know a lot of people in the field of home building and construction, but let me just say I am EXTREMELY glad I found Mark from the time I called him to set up the appointment he was different and I called probably about 4 or 5 others. He was the only one that right then pulled up the property looked at records and started to explain what was done recently and the cost. Being my first home I really didn't know how this was supposed to go but everyone else I called just said give me the address and I'll let you know when I can be there. So moving on I drove out to meet Mark at the property the day of the inspection he had already been there for a few minutes when I arrived. Mark looked very professional and greeted me the same way. He took me around the outside of the property and really went into full detail about everything, while doing the rest of the inspection he talked me through everything he was doing and showed me everything. It didn't bother him that I was there, or that I was following him around while he did his inspection, and let me tell you Mark left no stone unturned and truly when you're buying a house you want that. But I would have to say one of the best thing is he wasn't just there to do the job and collect the money he was there for me and spoke with me like as if we were friends he got to know me as a client and that makes a huge difference especially since I have had dealing in other areas of buying this home where people were all about the money and don't care about you really I mean you're buying a home this is a big deal and should be exciting. I don't know if I'm rambling or not and there truly isn't enough I could say about Mark to express the kind of guy he is and how he treated me and my family but I can say this I am a veteran who can be sometimes hard to get along with and I don't really write reviews because typically I just think it's their job so unless they do a bad job then why bother, but he does deserve to be recognized because he does STAND OUT when put next to a lot of others in his field. The bottom line is Mark Clark went above and beyond what he needed to do and took his time to do everything right everyone else wanted to charge me between 450-500 bucks when he told me 295 I figured well it's cheap but I'll try it out and at the end of the day the price may be cheap but the quality and professionalism you receive is worth a million buck if you ask me! Great Job Mark I am extremely happy with your service and anytime in the future you will be my 1st call along with anyone I know in the future looking for a inspector. Excellent job. Highly recommended. Total professionalism. Mark was easily contactable and provided an A+ all round service. In total he surveyed 3 properties for me and provided a wind mitigation report for the final property. Just from the addresses alone, he was able to provide me with valuable history info. He kept me well informed and provided the detailed reports in a quick and timely manner, at very reasonable prices. Mark even attended 1 property at very short notice and squeezed a survey in just before he was due to go on holiday. And when cracks were found at another, he contacted me immediately during the inspection providing pictures on the spot. It should also be noted I was dealing with Mark from the UK and even with the time difference and distance, Mark made the whole process stress free.

Accucheck Home Inspection Services seemed to be pretty thorough. I just had to get a ladder and climb up on the rails and climb up on the attic. He showed me through aboard. He did it and everybody felt he was wonderful. He is pretty good. I actually liked the price. I bet his charges are bare minimum. He was very responsive. His friendliness, professionalism and knowledge are wonderful. I would use them again.
