Absolut Pool Care

I’ve been using Absolut Pool Care for 6 years now. Dewayne is always responsive to our questions and informs us of any changes to his schedule in advance.

The service is timely, and Dewayne will handle some repairs if needed. Had him for six years.

Dewayne with Absolut has kept our pool consistently crystal clear. It’s been so great to never have to worry about it - it’s spotless!! So happy with the service.

Dewayne is fantastic. Not only is he extremely consistent and reliable but he always texts or lets us know if anything changes. What I like best is how he lets us know about any issues with our pool and equipment and his ability to quickly service it for us. I wouldn’t dream of using someone else.

It's so nice to never have a green pool. Best decision we made was to hire Absolute pool care. DeWayne goes above what us expected. It is actually cheaper for me in the long run because I don't spend my time or chemicals.

After a period of good weekly maintenance and cleaning of my pool, all of a sudden a month went by with no service, never returning calls or text but continually accepting my payments. To date I still have heard from him and now had to get another company to step in to charge extra to get the pool back where it needs to be. Very disappointing

I had my last company abruptly stop and found Absolut within a week. I have been a customer for 15 months and cannot say enough great things about Dwayne. When there has been a problem he has immediately notified me, he has worked Saturdays to install things, and his prices are far cheaper than what I was paying. We just sold our home and we won't have a pool, my fiance and I are so sad to see this relationship go because hiring Absolut was the absolute best decision for pool service we could have made.

Absolut Pool Care did a fantastic job for a fair price, now I have a clean and clear pool. Very open communication on what needed to be done, no surprises. Would recommend to anyone with a pool, they're great.

Dwayne is knowlegable, does excellent work and is good communicator.

The owner had some personal issues that caused me to write a negative review so I am revising my review. He came out and finished my project at no cost. This is an honest upstanding company that I plan to use for years to come.

I've been extremely happy with Absolut Pool Care. I've been using the service for over a year now and it has been great. My home is a vacation home and Dewayne has been very attentive to my inquiries and has gone above and beyond; particularly when Hurricane Harvey rolled through and I was on the west coast. I absolutely recommend Absolut Pool Care.

Dewayne was the best for a long time (many months) providing great pool service and doing it with very friendly attitude. But for some reason he disappeared about a month ago. Multiple text messages and phone calls to him went un-responded to. Don't know what happened to him, but disappointed that I need to find someone else.

Dwayne has been cleaning my pool every week now for the past year and a half he's excellent!! Always professional and I never have any issues with my pool, always runs well and is spotless after he leaves!! I've had a few people in the past that have been horrible and I'm so lucky I found him because he does such a great job !! Highly recommended ?

He has continually done an excellent job with maintaining the quality of the pool and keeps the pool system in good working condition.

He spent the day there working out some issues on my pool that have problems with for over a year. Also, he helped to identify that I had high Phosphate levels which was causing algae to grow. Everything has been great since. I have a very complex pool and spa with multiple pumps, remote automation, solar panels, islands, rock waterfalls. It did not take him long to get everything figured out and help with my issues.

Being in the work force, for over 30 years (now retired), experience has taught me, that there are three groups of people, when it comes to their jobs. 1. The people who work at their job, mainly, to just pay bills, and really could not care less, about what they do. 2. The people who work at their job, and claim they like it, but rarely ever seem to be happy about being there. 3. The people who work at their job, and constantly go beyond the call of duty, to make things better, and enjoy it. I am happy to say, that Dewayne, is in the last category. He is very proficient, at what he does, and always wants to do more than what is actually required, as he wants to make sure, that his customers are left with a smile. I have had several other pool maintenance people, before Dewayne, but this man does much more, and so much better. He is always going out of his way, to make sure I am happy. I can't wait, to go into the pool and hot tub, after he is finished. He is well worth the monthly charge, and even if he were to charge double, I would gladly pay it, knowing that I will be getting my monies worth! For anyone, who is searching for an experienced pool maintenance man, who actually knows how to clean pools properly (and hot tubs), Dewayne is the guy for you! You will always be left smiling, when he's done. There is good, better, and best.....and Dewayne is the BEST!
