Description of Work: They cleaned out the drier vent -which was pretty blocked! cleaned out the inside of the machine and around the door, Steve took time to explain what he was doing and why, which was very helpful, he did a great job and took details so they can send me an e-mail reminder when it should be done next time. A great experience from the first phone conversation with Heather who was so lovely right through to the finished job. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Description of Work: My dryer vent hadn't been clean since we moved into this house in 2002. The lint he pulled out was unbelievable. He was very informative and helpful. The service would have only been $69 but I chose to have a new and better vent put in.

+ -1 moreI recently moved to a condo and my dryer began to give me issues. I was told by a neighbor that I should check my dryer vent. After finding this company and speaking with them I knew right away this is where I needed to start. They actually showed up on time and did everything they said. I could not believe what they removed from my vents. I could make a big pillow with that much lint. It is a wonder I didn't burn our building down! I had a great technician who was very polite, neat and informative. I will gladly recommend this company and accepted their offer to receive an annual email service reminder. I can honestly say this was money well spent.
Description of Work: My dryer vents were cleaned from the dryer , through the wall and all the way out the roof. This company showed me their empty vaccum before they started and the full container of lint when they were done. They also went up on the roof where the vent exhaust and cleaned and inspected. I did not excpect it but they cleaned inside of my dryer too. They were very neat and put everyting back together for me when they were done. I have zero complaints. The man was here working about an hour and my dryer actually dryes clothes now.
