We are very sorry for the impression that was left with you on this job. Unfortunately we were forced to move the outlet from the desired location to a different location because the indoor outlet that was going to be used to supply power for the new outlet was dead (not working). We attempted to go to the breaker box to see if there was a tripped breaker for the outlet that is not working and were surprised to find that the breaker box was open with no cover installed and all of the wiring exposed. There were also several very severely dangerous conditions in the breaker box including some that are significant safety concerns. Given the magnitude of the danger we very cautiously informed the Member of the challenge and offered a solution to repair the problem. The member elected not to repair the problems and as a result we were forced to move the new outlet to a different location in order to find an outlet that is live to connect to. We feel it is our responsibility to our customers to inform them when we find dangerous situations in their home. However I am truly sorry that our impression on this job was not better. We always strive to provide the best service to our customers, and we are always honest and ethical in our dealings. The large majority of our customers are very happy with our service as you can see from our long list of positive reviews, but we can certainly get better. We will take this as constructive criticism and work hard to learn from it. Thank You.
