No real problems. Job went quickly. The owner asked if we wanted an additional product he had with him, but we didn't. The good thing about this zap cap is there is no monthly fee as with the electric company.

I contacted Bolt Electric to schedule my exhaust/light combo
units and spoke with the owner Patrick. He called me back to discuss an
installation time. I requested Thanksgiving week which was busy for Bolt but he
was able to get me on the schedule for Wed 11/21/2012 between 8:00-10:00 am.
Patrick was very friendly and we agreed to contact each other if any schedule
changes were needed. At 7:15 am on 11/21/2012 I received a call from Patrick
that his technicians, Lucas and Matt, were on their way and would arrive at approximately
20 minutes. Lucas looked at the bathrooms and promptly advised me that 1
bathroom would need additional drywall work and did I want to continue with
that install. I did and I contacted a Handyman from Angie's. He agreed to come
out later that afternoon. Lucas asked me to call the handyman and tell him the
drywall thickness and how much material he would need after he did the cutout.
Great huh! Lucas and Matt were both professional and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves, showed me that all
was operational and bid us a Happy Thanksgiving. Job took approximately 1 hr
and 45 min.

Patrick was very professional, very accommodating. I had a few scheduling conflicts and he remained positive and helpful. The price he quoted was the price I paid. One of the fans was broken and he waited while I ran to Home Depot to replace it. I was very satisfied with the service.

They came here as scheduled and did all work done professionally.

Service provider Juias arrived on time and was very helpful reporting what needed to be done. Fixed some code violations from previous homeowner and did a good job cleaning up.

After purchasing the coupon, they promptly called to schedule installation which was to be three days later. THey arrived on time, installed the protector, explained its operation, cleaned up their trash and left. All in all, a very professional efficient service call. We would definitely use this firm again.

.Everything went very well. Patrick installed the chandelier at exactly the right height and the wall switch is exactly what I wanted. I did not know the condition of my circuit breakers before Patrick inspected them. They were really worn. Patrick gave me two options, refurbish or replace. I chose refurbish since it was less expensive. The circuit breakers were all replaced at the time. Patrick was very knowledgeable and courteous. We will certainly have him come back for more work.
