Description of Work: I had a leak from my roof leaking into our guest bathroom. They came and gave me a fair quote and a few days later Jackson and his co-worker repaired my roof. Later that day it rained and leaked in my bathroom. I called them, they came back an hour later and spend another hour watering down my roof and it remained dry. When it rained hard a few days later Jackson called, I told him my bathroom was dry and liked his commitment.

Description of Work: Re-roof, everything was as planned, no problems, no extra charges, cleaned up everyday, would highly recommend as a top notch crew.

Description of Work: Tile reroof. Only snag was tile delivery... Communication issues, several, between Seeber and tile distributor. Issues were resolved to my satisfaction. |This company has a good reputation and would not have a problem recommending them.

Description of Work: They came out to give me an estimate, and actually caulked around an exhaust pipe, but did not charge me! If I end up needed to replace the exhaust pipes, I will definitely call them!!

Description of Work: I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE ABOVE DATE, THE WORKMAN CALL TO LET ME KNOW APPROXIMATE ARRIVAL TIME. I WAS THEN CALL BY THE OFFICE THAT THEY HAD TO PULL THE WORKER TO AN EMERGENCY. I WAS NEVER RECALLED THAT THE WORKER WAS NOT COMING TO MY HOME OR TO SET UP ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. I CALLED THE OFFICE BACK ON FRIDAY, NO RETURN CALL. THANK YOU

Description of Work: I had a lot of Rotted fascia wood around the house. Frank Seeber Roofing sent out Jackson to personally meet with me go over what it would take to remove and replace all of the rotted wood. I found Jasckon to be very nice and friendly. He was very honest about the amount of work that needed to be done.

Description of Work: I called Frank Seeber Roofing for an estimate on my shingle roof that had been leaking off and on for the last year. I found their office staff to be very professional and gave me an appointment on Saturday because I work long hours into the evening during the week. I was told who would be coming to my home to measure my roof (James) and I was very surprised to hear that my consultation meeting was with the owner himself. I found the meeting to be very informational. I asked a lot of questions and I was very concerned about the areas that had been leaking off and on that I tried to repair myself. I was given a call the day before the start of my roof and the office manager Audrey explained all the steps that would take place. I never had to give any money until the first day they showed up to actually work, that made me feel more comfortable and the permit was placed on the job for the inspector. I took the day off from work the day they started and I watched a lot of the work. I did have rotted wood and I was afraid that I was going to be charged extra for because it was more wood than what was on my contract, but they said not to worry. They did not leave my roof sitting for days with tar paper, the shingles came the following day and I wanted to make sure that the city passed the inspections, and they did. They cleaned up daily which was a concern since I have three children. The men worked really hard and were very kind and courteous, even when I asked a lot of questions. I found there price to be very competitive with the four other estimates that I received and everything Mr. Seeber said that he would give me in our meeting, I got.

Description of Work: He came and gave an estimate and showed up on time and everything was excellent. I decided to go with this company and called to schedule the job. Every time I called, I was told they would call me back. Finally, I asked to speak to their customer service department. I was told she was out of town but would return my call. However, she never returned the call.

Description of Work: Stripped old shingles and metal, replaced all rotted fascia; Sealed/waterproofed all joints on plywood, applied felt; After a day of rain, shingle crew showed up and completed entire job in a few hours. Always on time and did real nice work. Cleaned up, too.

Description of Work: The roofing company arrived, stripped the roof to bare wood, replaced any damaged wood, and proceeded to prep for the re-roofing. They backed up a dump truck to the edge, cleared all the debris into it. The workers then did all the tarring and underlayment, replaced any damaged soffit and fascia wood. The next step after it passed inspection was the new code requirement of an extra barrier level, then they shingled it.

Description of Work: THEY REMOVED MY OLD TILE ROOF (TILE, 90 LB. FELT AND TAR PAPER). REPLACED OLD DAMAGED PLYWOOD & FASCIA WHERE NECESSARY. REPAPERED & TILED ENTIRE ROOF.
