Great product, installation was terrific and they kept me informed every step of the way. Customer service was excellent - very responsive, answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Tommy’s and I plan to use them again immediately on another project.

Excellent. From start to finish, these guys were great communicators. Their word was their honor. They made sure we had options on quality and at different price points. They told us the pros and cons of each option. The installation work was clean and efficient. Unfortunately for them we had other contract work going on which made our job a multi-trip proposition for them. They never complained about it. They stayed with us through a 7 month home renovation. The service they provided and the work they did was the best of the whole home renovation project by all the contractors and sub-contractors. Thank you Tracy, Kevin, Roger & Wendy. Best experience ever.

Very professional and all workers were respectful & polite.

Salesman was good. Came to the house and measured all the windows. Showed us samples, promised the windows would be installed in 2 weeks. Promised workers would clean up inside and out each day of work. The product was good but everything else was terrible. The installer left broken glass inside and out every day he worked. He bent the window sills at such an angle I needed to caulk a ¼ inch gap under each sill. They told me they were going to use a great new product for the trim around the Bay window, but they just put in wood trim and didn?t match the rest of the house. On top of that they didn?t order the right number of windows, and we had to wait an extra 3 weeks for them to finish the job. When I complained about all the broken glass left inside and out, the Receptionist just told me it?s hard to get good help.

They were responsive and quick along with a wonderful job done. The price was much better than we expected and the installs were very nice and informative. I would recommend Tommy's Glass to anyone.

So far my experience has been very good. They quoted me $2300. I would say they were efficient and they had the best price.

They were on time and did a great job. The windows are beautiful!

They were extremely courteous and thorough researching and explaining their plans to provide new windows and doors for our house. After receiving their estimated cost for the project and giving the go-ahead from us, they come back two times to insure their measurements were correct. The new doors and windows were finished and delivered so as to meet my installer's needs during installation. Everything fit perfectly and no problems were encountered during installation.

The guy from Tommy's Glass and Mirror was very nice and very knowledgeable for the windows that they sell. He was a busy man and yet he got right back with us every time. He really believed in their product. Everything about him was really good.

When selecting the glass for our shower, they showed us samples and gave suggestions of helpful hints of which glass would be easiest to keep clean and hold up for the long term. There was a problem with the handle, it was the wrong size for the thickness of the glass. They came out and diagnosed the problem, ordered a new handle, and installed it at no cost. With the same friendly and professional service. When having our glass tops installed we had the same great sevice and helpfull suggestions. Our only concerns, that they did show up at our front door when they were "in the area" without calling us first. Fortunately we were home and did not have any plans. We did reguest in the future to call us and give us at least a 30 minute notice. They kindly agreed to do so. Otherwise, for this area Tommy's glass is the one to go with. We have been thrilled with the results of our glass, the service, price, and overall treatment of a professional team.

I contacted the company first time thru a long distance phone call. They were extremely responsive and went to the address, obtained measurements and called me back with an exact quote. We discussed different options over the phone and Scott sent me links to the websites of the products so that I could see how they look. The entire transaction was conducted over the phone. Once we established a date for installation, they were on time, did an excellent job, highly professional at the quoted cost. Could not be happier with the result.

Just received an estimate for window replacement.

He came out to the house and spent over an hour inspecting every window in the home. He gave me an estimate on the few windows over which I had concern, but the big issue was the Florida room. He explained that the windows were pretty much hanging on nothing and that the entire Florida room was probably going ot need to be completely renovated. This would have been cost prohibitive for me and made me decide not to purchase this home. I planned to pay for his time, but he refused. I was in shock that he would spend that much time on a home and not charge me. Of course, there is no doubt that any time I need windows, I will call Tommy's.

The job was seamless and quick from start to finish. These people know what they are doing. I definitely will use them again.

Tommy's Glass and Mirror showed up on time, were within budget and I had no problem with them. They practically gave me a one day service by doing it in one day. Also, make sure they give a pre-inspection and try to explain over the phone exactly what you want. I explained to them what I needed and they knew what to do right away. They were excellent and would use them again.

It went great overall. There were no problems and we were very pleased with the results.

Both jobs were completed on time and with superb workmanship. Scott came out and did all the measurements and gave us excellent information on the pros and cons of various available products. We are very happy with the outcome. It is one of the highlights of our master bathroom remodel.
