Very smooth with the landscaping project. Always on time and very clean with all my landscaping changes.If there was a tree or plant I wanted change or add is was never a problem.

It was great from the Start. Santiago came for the quote and spent over an hour answering all my questions, showing mewhat he would use and why. This was extremely important for me beacuse I do notknow about plants so I wanted tobe sure I knew what wouldbe placed and how to care for them. When his crew arrived, they were very professional, and informative also. Santiago was also present to make sure everything was planted accordingly and in it correct location. A few months have passed and I love my landscaping!! Everyone that comesover also has positive comments. I highly recomend Bloom Nursery for all your landscaping needs. The selection they have is amazng and if they dont have it and you want it, you will have it, they will find it for you.

They came out on a Saturday afternoon for the initial quote which at first i thought was a bit high for what i wanted to do but after receiving two other quotes I realized the price was very competitive. The Nursery they own is very nice with a healthy variety. After giving them the deposit they came about a week later and delivered and installed exactly what they said they would. I've read some of the recent negative reviews and can't say I had anywhere near a bad experience with this company. Everything went smoothly!

Although in the beginning all the workers were friendly and seemed to be very hard working...shortly after the work began it beca,e VERY apparent they were not in any way knowledgable of the proper ways of doing things. The workers had to be constantly monitored to make sure they were digging areas properly, once a part of the yard was cleared for laying paver stones down...they started laying the stones down without first laying the black weed barrier canvas down!!! who doesn't know to do that when you're a landscape company?? With regards to installing a drain...DO NOT hire this company for anything complicated as such. They made error after error that had to be corrected...they didn't even understand basic laws of angles and pitch (the drain was being pitched upward instead of the correct angle (gradual slope downward towards the front exit of the yard). It was a mess and we were out $2500 in the end and still (6 months later) have been unable to find another company to take on the project because they left it such a disaster. They also made NO effort to refund any money for the botched job (which also made it impossible for us to begin the project again since we were on a tight budget to begin with. They may have a nice nursery and offer lots of groupons but DO NOT hire them for any landscaping.

I bought a $200.00 GROUPON for landscaping services. I met with a nice, knowledgeable young man, Alejandro who came to my house and we met an discussed the area in my yard I needed help doing. I did not hear back after he left, so I followed up with a call, nothing. I made 3 trips out to see them, two were unsuccessful. Their website states they open at 8 on Sunday, wrong. And then they were closed on Memorial Day. OK fine. I took a third 30 minute drive out to meet and speak. I talked with Alejandro and picked out about a dozen plants I wanted in my new landscaping area. After I left, I called a couple days later to see when they were coming out. The response was, "we need a deposit to schedule work". No problem, I called and spoke with Santiago, the owner and offered my credit card to schedule work. He then asked me how much is the estimate and I said I was waiting for a revised estimate, as I had added sod. Santiago advised me he would speak to Alejandro and call me back. Guess what, still waiting for a call 4 days later. After several attempts, phone calls, emails, two times face to face. I asked myself, why am I begging this company to take my money and they do not want the work? My GROUPON expired and I choose something else instead of wasting anymore time and energy with BLOOM NURSERY. Very disappointing.

We contacted them to do the services listed above. We hired them in February to start on March 28. They were suppose to start that morning, morning to them is after 10 and after lunch means after 3. We are going on two weeks and the work isn't finished. We were more than willing to work with them and ignore the length of the job. We even added on services, extra sod and more plants. Before we started they were told they could take anything our of the yard except my pony tail palm and a dreadlock plant. The pony tail palm was removed and thrown away, it was something that was given to me by a family member and brought to this house from our other house. They are refusing to produce another one or reimburse us for it, they are pricey palm trees. We showed him where we wanted the sod laid, he measured wrong and told us to buy our own sod to lay it down, we also had multiple sprinkler heads covered by the sod. Our ficus was not trimmed in some areas. They also did not clean our waterfall they were hired to do. They did a good job on the landscape, but everything else has made this experience miserable. We are still waiting on a credit for the pony tail palm or a pony tail palm.

The guys were very respectful and professional. The left no garbage and also planted one of potted tree on the ground at no charge. I am very pleased with my experience with Bloom Landscape.

We purchased a Groupon coupon for $79 and were to receive $200 worth of landscaping services/plants for it. This included having someone come out and plan what would be best for this particular area. Santiago arrived on time, and made suggestions as to what he thought would be best and we chose which we wanted. Within a few days the men came to do the job. Within a short while, one left while the other continued to work. There was a palm tree stump that was left by FPL about a year ago that Blooms worked around. I was asked how I wanted the couple of plants placed since the stump was there, which I placed the potted plants in the spot I preferred. I checked the work in progress a couple of times, and all seemed to be going well. The second gentleman returned and helped finish the job. I did not see them finishing up with spreading the soil or mulch, and they were gone before I knew it. I noticed after they left that one of the end Palm tress was not placed low enough and they tried to compensate by piling the dirt up under it, along with the mulch. This was very noticeable and we knew this would end up being a problem once it rained, besides that it didn't look right. I immediately called Santiago and he asked me to take a couple of pictures so that when we come in to get the exchange for the 2 returned Desert Rose plants, we can show it to him, which I did. When we got to the nursery and I showed him the pictures, he said that this work was not acceptable, that they do not do work like that and that he would take care of it for us. He also acknowledged that with the rain, obviously the mulch and soil would wash away. He said they would come back out and fix it. That the hole needs to be deeper and the tree placed in it. That was approx. 3 weeks ago. Within a few days, grass and weeds started popping up like crazy. I called Santiago immediately when we saw this was evident that they did not dig out enough grass/weeds and did not dig down deep enough, as it appeared way too fast. Every time I ask Santiago about it, he tells me they don't have the time for it, that they are busy. He also said they will do it when they have work in the area. We do not live far from the nursery, therefore they are always within the area. He has each time I've talked to him, told me how we can fix it. My husband did remove some of the dirt and mulch from under the tree where it was piled up, but it still needs more removed as it is washing out. Santiago keeps telling me we should remove some dirt and mulch (which I told we have done some but it needs more, it needs to be done right), and as for the grass and weeds, he said numerous times that we should either add more mulch or remove the mulch and put down weed block and replace the mulch. We feel we paid for a service and they should come back and do it right. I have already spent over 2 hours trying to remove (pulling out) the grass and weeds and have barely gotten half way done with it. We could have spent a lot less just buying the plants/trees an doing it ourselves to begin with. Santiago does not like to make good when they'e done wrong. I feel we were taken for and that any business that wants a good review should earn it. I warned Santiago unless he fixed this, that we would be giving a bad review. At first he thought that was not fair, then he said he didn't care. We were at the Nursery on Tuesday, 2 days ago, and when I inquired as to if he knew when they could come out yet, it was the same answers, either wait for them when they are in the neighborhood or do it ourselves. They are far too busy getting new accounts and do not want to make good where mistakes were made and where it would take away time they need to make more money. We've gotten the impression that with Santiago his mind set is quantity over quality. I should mention that we also had Blooms Nursery do some landscaping at my mother-in-laws house the same day, immediately after ours and that it came out very nice, and have not have had any issues with it.

Contacted Bloom Nursery to remove some shrubbery and replaced with sod in preparation for a fence expansion. Also needed mulch spread around some plantings. Santiago was prompt in our appointment for a quote and very professional. Decided to move forward with this company and they were able to come out within a week to do the previously described work. We also purchased two trees which we had to wait to have planted until the fence was in - once it was, they were able to come out fairly soon (about 5 days later) and plant them. The crew for each visit was professional and quick working - would recommend them to anyone.

Santiago comes to the home soon after I made a call and his work team came to plant within the week. The work looks great! Bloom nursery is beautiful and all of the plants are well kept. We are very happy with their work and will be referring them to whoever is looking for help to landscape or just want to buy plants.

Great service and support. An unfortunately lengthly delay on a day off waiting for installation, but everything worked out in the end.

Hard working guys. Great ideas on how to place the plants for maximum privacy and make it aesthetically pleasing. Definitely will use them again. They even moved a huge rock for me!

Received a letter from community association requesting that my beds be mulched or stoned. Decided to get estimates to have all landscape redone since beds were in need of re-landscaping. Emailed company through Angie's List on 8/19/14 with work needed and times available to meet. Received a call from Santiago on 8/29/14. Santiago said they were all booked for Sat. 8/30/14, which was a date I thought I would be available, but since I was still out of town, was no problem. Santiago offered to come Mon. AM on 9/1/14 which was Labor Day. Questioned if he was sure since it was a holiday, and he said the nursery was closed, but he could come by. Waited all morning, then finally texted Santiago at 11:34AM. He thought we had made an appt. for Tues. at 9:30AM. I had not since I leave for work at 7:50AM. He offered to reschedule, I refused and insisted that appt. be kept since a second letter received from assoc. stated we would be fined $25 day starting 9/1/14 until work was completed. He said someone could be there at 1:30PM which was fine. Diego, Santiago's father came and gave me an estimate for $2,500 minus 5% Angie's List discount, plus tax. This estimate was with Bloom's supplying hedge, 18 bromeliads, 4 false agave, 12 ferns, 12 additional plants (Birds of Paradise, ginger,etc.), 3 rocks and rocks for the beds. They would start 9/2 and complete by 9/4/14. Most of the overgrown landscape was removed Day 1. Day 2 Diego called asking where he should relocate a palm that was on the island. Instructed him to put it where he thought best. Day 3 Diego called and said he needed another pallet of sod. After removing overgrown plants on the front side of house, it left a very large area bare that extended into my neighbor's yard. This would cost an additional $350. I was given a discount, so cost would be $335. Day 4, plants and sod were installed. Diego expected to add rocks to beds, install a few more plants and complete Sat. on Day 5. Unfortunately, the truck for rock delivery had a mechanical failure and would be completed on Mon. 9/8/14. The truck was not ready until 3PM Mon., too late to start, so job was completed on Tues 9/9/14. Diego gave me credit for a large rock and some plants that were not needed that were included in the estimate. Total with tax $2,687. We plan to add a topiary on each side of the garage and will be going to Bloom's nursery to choose them. We are very pleased with the results!! Diego was such a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend Bloom Nursery.

TERRIBLE!!! I saw a Groupon offer for Boom Nursery and before purchasing visited their website to see what plants they offered, I was specifically looking for fruit trees. Their website lists many different types of fruit trees a few of which were the type that I was searching for so I purchased the Groupon. A few weekends later I drove to Bloom Nursery with the intent to purchase a few fruit trees only to find out when I arrived that due to an agreement with an adjacent nursery they do NOT carry fruit trees at all. They offered to order me the trees but I declined as I prefer to select my plants rather than just accept whatever they get for me. I am now stuck with a useless Groupon. Just the fact that their website lists many different fruit trees including exotic and they do not carry fruit trees of ANY kind makes them bait & switch in my eyes. There are many more reputable nurseries in the same area and those are the ones that I will use in the future.

Hard working from start to finish. Slight mishap, but fixed the problem and moved on. Would recommend highly.

Diego was punctual, very professional and showed up to begin the job on the date agreed on. Work was done in a timely manner and very detailed. He followed the proposed design exactly as described. Looking forward to my next project in the Spring! This time we will concentrate on the front yard.

I called Bloom Landscaping and Nursery and made an appointment after purchasing their Groupon special online. SO GLAD I DID!. I really wanted some curb appeal for my duplex. It was so BLAH but I was clueless what to do. The landscape designer was wonderful. He took his time and walked every inch of my property with me to make sure all of my wants and concerns were addressed. His final design was quite elaborate so I thoughy to myself no way can I afford this...at least $4000. Anyway, when he handed me his estimate I was stunned. It was actually very affordable. Let me tell you...in 2 days they came in and transformed my yard to something sophisticated and beautiful. The end result is nothing short of SPECTACULAR and way beyond my expectations. For sure it has increased the value of my home and I now love coming home from work everyday to my beautiful home. I'm forever grateful...Thank you Bloom!

Diego Scott came and did a detailed plan that included plants and choice of rocks. He was a little late for the appointment but called and let me know he was running late. He gave me the plan and what plants would look best. The quote was complete and the date of service set. As planned, they came and installed everything over 2 days. They covered one of the sprinkler heads and came on July 4 to fix it.
