On trim day the crew arrived with Mr. Murray and they were even a bit early. Tthey had all the heavy equipment needed for such a difficult job ready to go. Mr, Murray himself did all the bucket work and cutting. The rope work moving the cut branches was skillfully done by his crew. Each piece was ferried in air to the chipper never touching the ground. I am very pleased with the result, professionalism, care taken at every phase. When they left every thing was neat as could be. The extras like cutting some old stumps to the ground for me and trimming the neighbors side of a tree were done as carefully as the things I had contracted for. I will be using this company again and telling my friends and neighbors to do so too.

Everything went very well. Tim communicated with me 1500 miles away in Maine. he took pictures of the property before and after and texted me all data including insurance certificate and cost proposal.

We have finally found an arborist that does thorough and complete work! They were amazing! They removed limbs from our neighbors tree that had caused damage to our home for years. They had a very limited time frame, as we were having our entire roof replaced the next day. They completed all work, thoroughly cleaned up all debris and gave us a very fair price. Murray will be the only service we use from now on

The entire experience was one of the easiest services I've ever had performed. Owner Tim Murray is a pleasure to work with and checks up on the job to make sure all the work is completed properly, the clean up is performed (including getting the debris off my roof), and removed a branch for me that was not part of the original estimate. I would not hesitate for a moment to call him back as more services are needed. Excellent job, excellent people, and excellent company.

Excellent. Tim is very knowledgable and experienced. The whole crew arrived on time. Very professional. They had to use large equipment but were very good at moving around the property without harming the grass and pavers. This was a very large job but they worked very hard and the garden looks amazing. I will definitely hire them to come back and keep up with the trimming of all my trees.

I wanted an estimate on trimming trees as I knew they would need trimming before I got the house tented for termites. There was one large cherry laurel close to the house that I was fond of, but I knew it needed trimming. Tim explained that the tree was in danger of falling on the house and pointed out the problems with the tree. He totally respected my love for the tree and understood my hesitance to have it removed. I thought about it and decided the tree needed to come down. His crew removed the tree and ground the stump in record time. They also trimmed other trees on the property. Tim even made suggestions for how to deal with the increased sun in my backyard.

Tim arrived for the evaluation/ estimate prepared and took his time with our questions. The work was done as scheduled. There was work missed on my first property, but they rectified it immediately. Very happy with them and will continue to use.

The men were efficient, skilled, and professional. I did not get other estimates because I had used Murray's Tree Service 6 years ago and was happy with their work then. Murray's did not let me down. Trees look great and they cleaned up all the debris. Great Job!

I thought the price was very good for the work. He seems to be very knowledgable about trees. They cleaned up all of their mess when the work was finished. They were very good. I also recommended his services to my son and he was very pleased with the work.

Tim called the night before to confirm the arrival time. His crew arrived and got started on the work order right away. Tim visited the property through out the day to make sure everything was going as requested. A large old laurel oak was removed and 3 other oaks were trimmed. One of the three is a huge living oak tree which really needed a trimming. The palm tree was also trimmed. All work was excellent and they cleaned up everything perfectly. Tim was also there after all the work was completed to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Murray's Tree Service :) Thank you for your professionalism.

Tim Murray knocked on my door one day and asked if I would like to have some trees trimmed. I had been thinking about it, so I had him give me a quote. He was very professional in preparing his estimate and telling me what he was going to do. However, I thought his price was extremely high and I countered with a lower price. He offered to lower his price but not to what I thought was more than fair. Being a contractor myself, we agreed to a higher number and I had him do the work the next day. Some of the work involved climbing the trees, and both he personally and his crew did a good job at this work. Although he did good work,when it was all done and I figured out the time spent, I still think I overpaid for this job. I know I could have gotten it done for $500 or more cheaper. Be that as it may, I think they did a good job overall. They did not trim as extensively as I thought they would, which only exacerbated the high price belief, but what they did was done well and they cleaned up after themselves satisfactory. I had asked for them to clean out a few vines in another tree which I failed to ask for initially. Tim said they would do that if they had time, however, apparently they did not feel they had the time even though they were all done by 4 P.M. I guess this was my fault for not seeing the vines early enough in our negotiations. I do applaud Tim for treating a pine tree that was looking sickly. He gave it injections of fertilizer and it does seem to be responding well.

Will be starting from scratch and picking another company from the list.

Entire job was from estimate of cost to completion or work was courtious and would reccomend this firm anytime.

It was perfect. His prices were very competitive. When I made the initial consultation, he showed up on time and gave me a quote on the spot. He gave me his insurance information, and I didn't even need to ask for it. It was a time saver. The day of the project, they showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards, and did a good job.

Truly disappointed in this company. After contacting Tim to ask for an estimate on removing a tree and grind a stump, an appointment was set up for Friday April 20th. He never showed up! On the following Tuesday I received an email apology. I would have thought a phone call would have been more professional. I chose not to hire this company because how they do business is less than impressive. I ended up obtaining 3 other estimates, all that were less expensive than his including a "poor customer service discount for not meeting at the scheduled time" discount. I had the work done by another company and chose to have a 2nd tree removed as well as having my large oak trees thinned out. For all the additional work I had done, it was about $300 more than his quote for removing 1 tree.

From the moment I contacted Timothy Murray, he was very responsive to any and all questions I had with regards to pricing, work effort, identification of my specific palm tree and various options including trimming vs. removal and work effort. He was the quickest to follow-up with my request for information and as a result of this customer focus, I hired him. When other companies I had also contacted called me back days later, I immediately advised them that they were too late and that I had decided that for any work I would have done that I would hire the company that was quickest to respond, customer focused & had, in a timely manner, contacted me. That company was Murray's Tree Service. Because of the location of our palm tree, it could not be accessed with a bucket. Timothy Murray was very professional and climbed the palm tree via a rope system. To my knowedge, this tree had never been trimmed but Timothy Murray and his helper trimmed the tree and took special care not to damage existing plants below, my landscaping or the neighbors property. I was very happy with the finished trimming project; Mr. Murray took special care to ensure that all the dreaded seed pods were removed, per my request and that clean-up completed. He is very knowledgeable, meet his promised schedule, customer focused and conscientious; I would hire him again and highly recommend his services to others.

Went great, everything was done in an efficient and professional manner...from the day we met and got the quote to when they were finished.

They came when they said they would, 8:00. They finished about 3:00. He had three men in his crew and they were hard workers and very polite. They knew what they were doing. They cleaned up the front and back yard when finished. You couldn't even tell they were there except for the manicured trees. One thing Tim explained is that when they cut the trees they trim so that when wind blows it goes through them like a fan. Not that they will survive hurricanes but maybe strong winds. They also cut back my neighbor's tree that was overhanging my roof. They had to get up very high and did a great job.

Tim was there very quickly.A great person very professional. I have recommended him to many people.

Mr Murray was very professional.He was not the least expensive but out of 5 bidders he was one of two Arborist.He provided good advice about my big oak tree and I felt that he had a great affinity for the trees.

They spent most of the day trimming and cleaning up. This was the 4th time I had Murray trim the trees on my property. The last trimming before this I used someone recommended by a friend and I was totally dissatisfied even though he was cheap.

I got him off the list and he was fantastic. I spent $2000 on that service. He took it out all the way and made it look like there was never a tree there. He left the site cleaner than it was when he found it. He is going to come back when the weather clears a little and plant another tree for me.

A crew from Murray's Tree Service arrived promptly by 8am Monday morning and quickly, professionally performed the service as requested, including hauling away the debris. Tim arrived a short while after the crew finshed to inspect the work and ensure the job had been completed to my satisfaction. All in all, it was an outstanding experience in professionalism and customer service that other companies of all types should strive to emulate.
