Description of Work: They removed 18 Australian pines from my yard. They had a crane, bucket truck, chipper and a ditch witch for moving the logs but more importantly a very knowledgeable, well trained team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing tree removal. They were positively awesome!

Description of Work: I called various tree services companies primarily to trim trees back from my house to keep all the St. Pete critters from traveling on the roof. Tim came out promptly (same day) and took the time to educate me, point out his recommendations on how to achieve my goal and keep the trees as healthy as possible. At the end of the day I had a bid for less but my comfort level with Murray's well exceeded others. True to form they showed up on time, did an unbelievable job and left my yard and patios clean. Which is saying something as they trimmed back 5 laurel and one live oak. I can safely say the critters will no longer reach my roof and my trees look fantastic. Anyone considering tree services needs to speak with Tim first.

Description of Work: Never came to give me an estimate, called again to set up date and time, they called and cancelled, set up another time he was to call me to come over and never called.

Description of Work: Murray's Tree Service trimmed several trees in our yard. They arrived on time, completed the work professionally, and cleaned up the yard very well when they were finished. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs tree service done.

Description of Work: Tim called the same day I requested contact via email. He made an appointment to come by at my convenience and was on time. He examined our two oak trees, gave a professional estimate immediately (printed from his truck - which was impressive). He and his team showed up to perform the work as scheduled. While "up in" one of the trees, it was determined that one of the 3 supports originally estimated was not needed, so our actual cost was less than the estimate. They cleaned up our area and our neighbor's yard as well (where some debris fell). We plan on using them in the future as needed and were very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: I contacted this provider to obtain an estimate for tree removal. I realized that they might be out of our area but thought I'd give it a shot any way. I contacted two other providers on Angie's List for the same purpose. Tim called me within an hour of me sending my request. He informed me that he did not service my area but did ask me what my concerns were. I then explained why we were looking at removing the tree's in our yard and he offered to review photo's of the tree and give his opinion on whether they should be removed. I emailed photo's late yesterday and Tim call me back first thing this morning with his opinion. The other two providers I contacted sent emails to me telling me I was not in their area even though their profiles listed they were. The kind of customer service that Tim provided me, without compensation, was incredible. I'm pretty disappointed that I couldn't hire him but I can recommend him. His knowledge along with his clear explanations of what should be done gave me peace of mind. Thanks so much for taking time out of your day Tim to help me out!!!!

Description of Work: Tim did an impeccable job on trimming the four palm trees in my backyard and a large shade tree, whose branches were resting on the power line to my house. The cleanup was great too as there was only trace amounts of tree shavings left on the ground. I have already recommended him to several of my friends and he has already done a service call to one of them with excellent service. Thanks again for the great service Tim!

Description of Work: DIAGNOSED PROBLEM WITH ORANGE TREE AND TOOK OUT TREE, PULLED OUT AND GROUND TREES GROWING IN GARDENS.

Description of Work: I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH MURRAY'S TREE SERVICE. TIM MURRAY, THE PRESIDENT, CAME OUT AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ABOUT AN HOUR AFTER I CALLED. HE WAS DOING A JOB ON OUR STREET THAT DAY AND HE SAID HE COULD ALSO DO OUR YARD. WE HAD 3 TREES TRIMMED, 1 HOLLY BUSH REMOVED, AND OUR CENTER CIRCLE CLEARED OF BUSHES.

Description of Work: TREE TRIMMING ON OUR PROPERTY WHICH INCLUDED LIVE OAKS, PALM TREES, PINE TREES, SEAGRAPES,AND BAMBOO. THE COMPANY ALSO REMOVED OLD STUMPS WITH A STUMP GRINDER.
