Marc was very professional, thorough and efficient. He delved into each project with enthusiasm, moving from each, as it was completed, to the next. He provided us with value of service for our dollars. We will definitely schedule Marc's Diversified Services again.

Mark was very responsive. He was working on a neighbor's patio and took me by to see his work. I was pleased with his workmanship. We scheduled the job to be completed in two weeks and it was. Mark's ad appeared in our condo complex newsletter for handyman services. Several neighbors came by to inquire and comment on his work. We will use his services again int the future.

Very, very pleased. Marc charges hourly and puts in a "real hour". He was detail oriented without being slow, and had the experience to solve a minor problem that cropped up without a hiccup. The quality of the work was excellent, and we will absolutely use him again for some other things we need done around the house.

First, Marc returned my initial call promptly. Other handymen refused to call me back when I left messages with them. He showed up promptly at the arranged time. He was very professional and did quality work. He's very honest. He pointed out a flaw in the grab bar that might have been caused by his drill when he installed it. He offered to go back to the hardware store to get a replacement which he did "off the clock." His honesty is also reflected in the fact that the final exterior paint work could not be completed due to possible rain. I pre-paid him for the entire job with the understanding that he would come back two days later and do the painting which he did.

I had contacted eight previous people who either did not respond to my phone calls or came to the house promising to call back with an estimate. I heard back from none of them. A friend told me about Marc's work and suggested I call him. Marc responded right away and came the next day to look at the project. He did an excellent job of researching the type of paver I needed and how to properly install them. He kept detailed records of his time. His work and clean up were meticulous. I will be happy to use Marc's services in the future and highly recommend him.
