Marc Kron, the company president, was very responsive to all our calls and gave us the best estimate. His recommendations were very knowledgeable and helpful. He even saved us $5000 when he told us that it wasn't necessary for us to add a dehumidifier to our HVAC system. That recommendation had been made by one of the other companies who submitted an estimate. It took the better part of 5 days to get the work done and I was actually surprised at how painless it was for us and very tidy. The technicians who did the work were very professional, responsive and friendly. They took precautions to protect our floors and furniture from falling debris and insulation. They always arrived on time and cleaned their mess when they left. They didn't even mind my 3 yr old following them around asking questions. Once the work was finished there was still one room that wasn't cooling properly. They came out again, within a day, and fixed the problem for no extra charge. Everything is working great now and we're enjoying our cooler house and lower electric bills!

I assumed he knew what he was talking about so I lined up three companies to give me bids on a new system. Two were from your list and the third from a neighbors recommendation. The first to come out happened to be the neighbors recommended company (Metro-Air). The man checked around and said that I didn't need a new system, I only had a leak. I told him I knew that but asked how could he ever find it. He laughed and showed me an instrument that he said every A/C company would have, which can quickly locate leaks. He found it in less than 15 minutes, repaired it and was gone in an hour.

Called Kron and West A/C to check my a/c that was making 2 strange noises - tapping and water running. The a/c was working fine otherwise. These noises were heard both before and after they left, but not while they were here. However, THEY KNEW WHAT WAS CAUSING THE NOISES. (The previous a/c company I called who did a checkup and minor repairs had no idea what the cause was.) I paid for the service call and felt satisfied that what I had would not cause any problems. John and Brad were professional and knowledgeable. They did a thorough inspection of my system. They were courteous and pleasant. It was worth the service call. They might have lost a repair job, but guess who I'll call when my a/c finally needs replacing?

What a great experience. Very professional. Leonard, the sales consultant, showed up on time and spent quite a while explaining our options. He also suggested that we should wait about a month as Trane was going to have a rebate. Unlike other companies that just wanted to seel us a sytem, Leonard listened to what we wanted and provided a very detailed quote. Although Kron and West were not the least expensive, we decided to use them and we are glad we did. The install team was very meticulous and professional, paying close attention to detail. When complete they cleaned up everything and then explained all of the features and uses of the system. I will use them now for annual service.

Great service for a same day repair call. I was called before the service man reached tehe door and he was clean, presentable and personable. Not a single worry using the services provided by Kron and West.

They were quick to come out and solve my problem. The service person looked knowledgeable. They tried to help me initially over the phone, which would not have cost me at all. The price was reasonable. They were very responsive.

It takes the technician about one and a half hours to check the systems, clean and add freon if necessary. He is always clean, leaving no mess for me to clean-up after his work.

They are very good and I have been using them for a long time.

It was all done via email & telephone. Our options were clearly outlined to us, which enabled us to make a good choice.

The experience was very good from the time I called. The woman was informative and helpful. I made an appointment and they came in less than a week. The guy came when he was expected. He was very quick and very neat. The lady in the office was very informative and helpful in helping me decide which contract I wanted. The price was very reasonable.

My appointment was for 8am Monday March 9th. Matt showed up at approximately 8:15. I had to be out of the house by 9:15 and told him before he started the work. He was very professional and got the job done with time to spare.

The salesman (Leonard) showed up on time and gave me a fair estimate. I decided to go with another company because they were a few dollars cheaper. The estimate was free.

I came home from vacation to find that my A/C was broken and had been pumping hot air into my house for several days. I called Kron & West, and they had someone come out that afternoon who was able to fix the problem.

When I first came in contact with this company, our a/c was not functioning properly. We got another co. from Angie's list who told us we needed a new a/c. I decided to get some quotes as the first company seemed a little high. Mr. Shimipske came to give us a quote on a new system. On examination of the system ,he suggested we had about another four or five years... true to form we are now on our third year. I have recommended this company to all our friends,with the same success.

Having a short window to perform the service, my appointment was very conveniently scheduled to accommodate my arrival. Routine maintenance contract was offered at a discounted price.

They finished the project this week, and I could not be happier. Their entire staff is most professional and they understand the needs of the home owner. They are wonderful people to work with.

The owner was very helpful in providing the items needed (filter) and scheduling the appointment for the service. She also went out of her way to provide a copy of the book for the thermostat and assist in determining if the system in my home was still in warranty. It was still under warranty and this was transferred to my name for a small fee. The owner completed all the documentation to do this and sent it to me to send in after being signed. They showed amazing customer service and continue to service my A/C Unit.

He was one of the best sales reps I have even come across. There were no high pressure sales, and he was thorough in explaining everything. He really had our best interests in mind. I will use this company when the time comes.

I WOULD VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE 'PROFESSIONALS' TO DO ANY A/C WORK.
